It was amazing from start to finish. Your staff was exceptionally friendly and helped me when I had issues with the vending machines . I was really pleased with one specific staff member her name was Danielle Walton, she made the stay even more memorable, she was friendly, and made me feel welcomed. So, If I'm ever back in El Paso, I will definately be staying at your hotel.

Well I would say the room is nice as far as cleanliness it's decent the only problem I have with the hotel is the area that it's in pretty much it that's it

Buenas tardes, el agua de la alberca estaba muy sucia, no habia papel higienico en la habitacion, las veces que fuimos al baño no fue agradable ya que encontramos cucarachas pequeñas, la habitacion olia a humo de cigarro.
El clima de la habitacion estuvo bien.

I stayed for 5 days and housekeeping never cleaned my room. I had to request clean towels. The free breakfast is a joke. They only had cereal, muffins and waffles. No juice as the machine was broken and they didnt offer anything else.

They didn't do the cleaning (we asked them 3 times to clean it, and they didn't). The keys didn't work. The employees didn't know how the establishment worked. The pool was very dirty, and things were missing in the room.

You get what you pay for. Despite the modern look, the rooms are old and run down. Our bathroom was moldy, doors were not weather sealed and sound proof, toilet barely flushed, light switch was coated in residue. They don’t even give you shampoo, only little tiny bottles of conditioner. It was a gross experience, but I can’t complain given the price. It was cheap, very cheap, so what else should I have expected? Good if you want to save a buck and catch Ebola.

The place was so bad it smelled when you walked in the lobby and the room was not clean as the shower didn’t work and the tub faucet was falling coming off the wall. There is more and too much to note down.
