LeBossier Hotel

There was one vehicle parked under the checking area, the entire stay, making unloading/loading extremely difficult. Front Desk didn't seem to care.

The rooms where quite, however, they require deep cleaning

I like that it was close to the venue I was needing to be at.... the cleanliness was decent some things were missed but not terrible.... I will say that the showers were hot and the beds were clean

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months . Dirt and grime all over the tub and hair on the walls. Skipped a shower . Weird smell in the hallways

After a not so good experience with a different hotel we booked a room here and it was amazing! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the inside of the hotel is beautiful.

The lobby was beautiful, but the room just average. No venting in the bathroom.

The Hotel itself looked very nice online. When we arrived the Lobby and the dining area was as pictured online....very nice. The room was awful. There was mold growing on the toilet paper holder. There was mold and rust on the tissue paper holder. The room was outdated and in need of renovation. The air vent was rusted and wet and very nasty. The bathroom was horrible. We did not take showers there. I would have still felt dirty afterwards. I closed the door to the bathroom and slept in my clothes. If not for the 16hr drive to Bossier, La and a hotel price of $124, I would have left to try and find another hotel. We left there at first light and checked in at another Hotel, got showers and went back to sleep. Oh, we did take a look at the breakfast bar, it was set up nice, but we did not eat anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to a Possum.

The last time I stayed at this hotel (which was before work on I-20 began) the building was in excellent condition but the property has been severely damaged due to severe storms in the area over the past five years. The property owners are trying to make repairs to the property as best they can in between the storms. Breakfast was delicious. The housekeeping staff I came in contact with were friendly.

One could clearly see that this property was a star in the past. Staff eager to help & friendly. Great crawfish nearby. Could use a little more love in painting/maintenance…slept well/good breakfast

The lobby and atrium is very nice. Rest is run down.

I felt like home there and the housekeeper who cleaned the room I stayed in she did an amazing job on Rm 8108

Close to everything

The rooms are the biggest concern, very old and need to be updated & deep cleaned but no bed buds so that’s good. The lobby & event center was very nice but the rooms are not. It was good enough for a quick stay & the other hotels were booked. The staff was AMAZING, best part. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Location was great! Room was comfortable and clean

Area safe, location just of interstate and close to dining, gas, and shopping. Cost of room was reasonable. Bed was very comfortable, sheets, comforter clean and crisp. Air Conditioner worked like a champ. Bathroom clean. Towels new and fresh. Room could use some updates such as carpet. Bathroom shower/tub needs caulking. Some rust on vents. I would gladly stay again.

Decent hotel. Comfortable beds, good house keeping. Breakfast runs late some days other than that not bad.

Very friendly staff. Great condition for an older hotel from the 1970's. Lovely courtyard with pool. Very nice, large hotel. It has charm.

I would not ever stay here again. The rooms were dirty and in disrepair. For example, torn carpet, leaky ceiling, cracks in sheetrock. LeBossier needs major renovations. Breakfast is not good either. Overall, just not a good place to stay.
