Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club

I have stay in this property several times and I love it. The employees and service is excellent. Excelent opcion for a good price. Is worth it.

I had an amazing time at Magic Moments, we stayed for 6nights & 7 days and had no complaints. I was surprised and so happy they change the towels and trash daily. My daughter loved it and had an amazing time enjoying the pool & the playground. I’d recommend this property 100%. Disney parks were only 15mins away and they have so many restaurants at walking distance from the Hotel.

Great accommodation, kid friendly will definitely return!

It has a great playground for kids, even a play area where kids under 2 can play safely. Onsite laundry is a plus. Breakfast options were a lot but the hot items (scrambled eggs, sausage and veggies) did not taste good. Waffle batter was watered down so it didn't cok thoroughly. It was cute to have a character show up to breakfast. Hotel itself is very old, you can hear through the walls.

The artifical grass covered 90 percent of the grounds which was great,it is a great place for young kids,but no in room microwaves,the drinking water stunk and was terriable,same smal breakfast every day 1 ice machine in middle of buildings tv programming was terrible

This resort is beautiful, if you have any kids between the ages of 1-10 they will truly enjoy this place. It has so many outside activities to entertain them. The whole place looked clean and the front desk was always very helpful, I will definitely go back with my family next vacation.

Great place for the families with kids. Outdoor area is grea, my kids got a lot of fun.

I’m currently staying at Magic Resort and Kids Club Orlando and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff have been very friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything I need. The room is spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a day out in Orlando. Even though it’s a family-friendly hotel, it’s also great for adults traveling without kids. The pool and common areas are beautiful and inviting. I’m really enjoying my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando.

I didn't feel comfortable staying here one night with our 2 young children. The room stunk so strongly with fragrance that I couldn't take it. It was overpowering. The sink was dirty around it. The "signature room" was a few extra coloured throw pillows and wallpaper. In the photos all of it looked spacious and new, but in person it was small and worn looking. The outdoor playground and pool area was very worn out and run down looking. In the website photos all of it looked perfect and brand-new. Not true. The only area that looked true to the photos was the front desk check-in and lobby area. That was nice and looked great. I was super disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. No wonder there is a no-refund policy. Because once you see it in person there's nothing you can do. And after I tried getting help through expedia, the front desk refused to refund any part of our stay still....then we went up to the desk again and we were told, sorry theres nothing she can do because the manager just left and we should've came to the desk first. But we had tried, and stood there and were left unhelped for a long time. We walked out and are very happy we stayed elsewhere in Orlando. At a beautiful resort. This motel is disappointing and not like pictured or described with poor customer service. Not recommended.

The stay overall was good. My daughter loved the playground, bounce house, and pool and we had a fun time together. I do caution other travelers that this resort does not have an elevator so I don’t recommend rolling luggage. Also, we stayed in 226 pool view and it was cool for my daughter to open the curtain and see the pool and play area. But, the door to the hotel room isn’t flush with the door frame and it felt slightly unsafe and the room was hot during the day. I would definitely stay again because it was still a fun place to stay at with my daughter when we need to unplug and relax.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was too small, and the toilet flushing system was really poor. I thought it was broken, only to realize it takes forever to refill The staff was wonderful.

We had a great family fun filled weekend and loved the pool and lots of kid friendly stuff to do.
