Mango Motel

The people were nice but I would 10/10 not stay again. It looks really great in the photos, but it really lacked in person. The first thing I noticed was that there was a dead fly right in plain sight. It seems that they do not really clean it well. Also the fridge has a cockroaches and bugs in it. The bathroom was not good either. The way to adjust the water made no sense at all. Also the water does not drain well so at the end of the shower, your feet in ankle deep in a pool of water. Same with the sink- it does not drain well at all. AC is super loud so it makes it hard to sleep with it on. You can either deal with the noise or just lay in the heat. One night stay is barely bearable so if you’re staying longer than that, just choose something better. Pay a little more for something that will not leave you feeling unclean. The couple that runs the place is nice though.

Very clean comfortable room. Pool area clean. Parking a little tight, but room for all to have a parking space. 2 blocks to the boardwalk & beach. Bike rental around the corner. Plenty of restaurants & small stores in walking distance

The price was crazy for what we got. Bathroom had ants! Not the cleanest! Tv wouldn’t work and let them know and the guy came to knock on our door at 11:00pm. Like that is late and i am not answering the door. It was unacceptable! The overall place was not great!!

Great stay!

Booked last minute, staff were very nice and accommodating. It’s a 3-5 minute walk to the boardwalk. In walking distance to shops, restaurants entertainment. Rooms were clean and updated.

We had a great stay. The room was small, but comfortable. The beds were great. My kids liked that they could watch YouTube on the FireTV. The management was very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be beat as it is in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and many good restaurants. I'd have given better ratings except: 1. The floor in the room was very sandy and dirty. We had to keep socks or sandals on at all times. 2. There is no daily housekeeping, which I appreciate on an environmental standpoint, but it was less than convenient having to call and then meet the owners at the laundry area for towels and toilet paper. 3. There were a lot of flies in our room. I know that it's summer, and some insects are inevitable, but it was annoying.

The room they tried to put us in was with a king size bed was a 10 x 12‘ room. The only window had an air conditioning unit in so there was no direct sunlight and black mold in the air conditioner and the outlets on the nightstand did not work. They did provide us with a different room for the night. We checked out the next day and left ending our couples weekend away.

Location is great, 5 min walk to beach and boardwalk, located near rides, convenient parking, nice pool and spa, rooms were adequate for a family of 4 and had refrigerator. Beds were fine as well as pillows, rooms were clean and fresh towels. We had an end unit and at night could hear loud cars and motorcycles. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Rooms need to be updated and cleaned properly. Door was old and dirty had a bad odor in the motel room. Will not be staying here again.
