The hotel will not let you use the app if you booked through Expedia. You can’t use the virtual also due to this. No points or stays are recorded due to this also. I paid more than 2500$ for a 4 day visit but it was not enough. Hilton in the other hand treats you much better.
There was limited staff and it took us more than an hour to get our room key replaced (there was only 4 people ahead of us) poorly run facility. I recommend the Hilton next door for real hospitality experience.

This is my first and last time staying here. We used valet for our car which was $65 for one night. There was a resort fee of $45 for one night in addition to what I paid Expedia. Upon arrival after a long drive our room had food all over the floor and there was still trash in the bins. We had to leave the room so they could clean it. My kids socks were black from the dirty carpet in that room. It’s not clean and unsanitary. Then I get an email that they need me to approve additional charges because their systems were down and couldn’t charge my credit card. I emailed them back with my concerns and haven’t heard back from them. This hotel is not for families. It’s for company’s to have their convention meetings as there’s a big convention hall next door.

Overall a solid trip and a very convenient location. The main pool was quite cold and both times we have visited the outdoor pool area acts as a wind funnel which is a shame.
