Parking is super expensive and there are no nearby alternatives. Staff friendly, but checkin experience was not great as there were way too many staff on duty to check in 10s of people for a conference.

We had a great stay. Very quiet, beautiful view of the marina and the ocean. Only issue was the elevators…very busy and one was malfunctioning.

Really disappointing at check in both our reserved room types were unavailable. No queen beds, did not receive bay views, and was placed in a different suite type all together. Zero chairs open at the pool- most were saved for prepaid guests which were all sold out. Witnessed two guests in an argument over lounge chairs, security had to be called!

Extremely overbooked. Parking was a nightmare. Service imposible with so many guest. You don't get what you pay for. Breakfast in-house was just nit possible. Hundreds of people trying to get overpriced food. Just pathetic

The elevators were not working in the south tower, which made it horrible for us as we were staying in the 15th floor!
