Awesome for a quick stay

My husband and I stayed from 4/14-4/17, 2025. We were given a “renovated room”. We have stayed at this resort several times, but the new layout of the room was difficult to navigate. The balcony was hidden behind the couch, the sink and closet was in one area(very small-no counter space) and the shower and commode was in a completely different room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the rain shower was awesome. The biggest problem was in the bar area. The first night the bartender/waitress greeted us by complaining about how busy she was, when we told her we were ready to order she sighed and said” Go for it” then huffed again, the drinks were good, …….if she hadn’t of slammed them on the table. We ordered food that was decent and more drinks but her mood never improved. The next night my family met us in the bar, same attitude different bartender/waiter. I got the feeling that the girls got a kick out of throwing beer bottles into trash to hear glass break. Ordered mushrooms, they were burnt, order them again, not good at all. Normally this is the only resort I would book my stay when visiting family in North East Tennessee, but I think we will reserve a room in Johnson City, TN. If you pride yourself as being a golf resort and conference center, you need professional employees to work in this resort. If you pay between $300-500 a night, then you need to deliver the best service available.

Nice hotel

It's a lovely place. But the bath towels are really thin and old. Odd since the hand towels and wash clothes are nice.

excellent check in attentive to our needs although a large pagent was going on they were able to manage us and all the families present for the pagent

Wonderful property. Close to everything.

Had to change rooms due to a seasonal bug issue. Could not use the balcony which I paid extra for. Moved me to a standard room with no balcony and woud not refund the price difference since I booked thru a third party Expedia.

Every thing was great!

Enjoyed a lazy weekend of room service and relaxation. Staff was great! Would happily move right in for good.

Amazing property. Great staff. Great bar and restaurant. Great proximity. It was my fourth year staying for Christmas and I had zero complaints.

Nice clean, good breakfast

It was a nice hotel with easy check in and out. It was clean and well lit. Unfortunately for us, our stay was the same time as a large basketball tournament weekend and the players were everywhere and very noisy until 3am each night.

Nice place for a tournament or convention for a few days

Service was grear. Hotel registration a breeze. Very nice facility. Warm and hospitable. I will definitely be back again.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is good, bar was fun. Hotel was very clean. Our room was clean. The beds were comfy. Enjoyed our weekend here! Only downside was there wasn't very many handicapped parking spots.
