It was easy access to job as well as restaurant and the malls

Overall stay was great… the staff was super sweet and very quick with the check in process.. my only issue was that while yes, the bath tub worked the actual shower did not… there was no way to switch from bath to shower

Hotel is fine, decent bed and clean bathroom. Unfortunately the AC wasn't turned on in our room prior to arrival so the room was in the low 80s. Took all night running the AC full blast to get it down to 70. Breakfast was no frills, but got the job done.

Purpose served

I took one look at the room and IMMEDIATELY checked out!

The lobby and our room look and smell clean. Very nice property and staff. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is continental, so not a lot of choices as expected. There’s a shopping center nearby, and a lot of good places to eat at. Order from Pho Pho Asian, amazing food! Overall, great property. I will highly recommend.

The hotel was dirty and smelly. It smelled like mold and weed. When I entered the room, it smelled like it was stale and moldy. During the day, it started raining and the room flooded with at least a half inch of water. You could tell by the smell the room had previously flooded, but they still rent this room out. Absolutely unacceptable.

The floor of the room was dirty and the baseboards were dirty. There was missing trim around the bathroom tub and cabinets were dirty. On arrival the AC cover was hanging off we put it back on and notified the front desk. The clerk stated she knew about it and was the one who left it off. The hotel was also very loud and you could hear a normal conversation next door. The room above sounded like they were bowling. Breakfast only had 1 tray of hot food (eggs, sausage, and gravy) everything else was pre packaged (waffles etc).

Nothing special but needed a room last minute. Served a purpose for a 12 hour stay.

Basic space, very clean, pretty quiet.

If you need a place to sleep it’s great ! But the whole place had a smell about it we couldn’t figure out . Not really bad just a smell that wouldn’t go away . Our door didn’t lock very well . The latch that is normally in the door frame was missing but we noticed all rooms looked to be the same way . So make sure you bring your own security . We never felt like we were not safe . But being females traveling alone it would have been nice to be able to lock thing up a bit more .

Everything was great

The room was OK. The Jacuzzi tub was dirty. They went into my room when I wasn’t there and lied and said I was smoking in my room did not give me back my deposit. I indicated to them that it was incense because of the smell of the room, very unhappy.

The staff was great here. The hotel itself was nice. The tub was cracked and it could’ve been more clean but overall it was pleasant.

The front desk workers were very nice but the “free breakfast “ is practically nonexistent. The “juice” dispensers just had water. The thawed out eggos didn’t have a toaster to heat them. No pastries/muffins or fruit. I found one hard, mini sausage biscuit. There were some odd yellow disks I guess were eggs. Long story short, plan on eating somewhere else. Our room was fine once I cleaned out the leftover food in the fridge. This was our second time to stay here so management may have changed.

For the price we couldnt have stayed at a better place. Great staff and great place if you need place to sleep and shower when we visit grandkids

Came in for a Alabama football game & had to get a hotel last minute.

The receptionist was great and very kind. However, the conditions within the room were poor. The sheets were stained and/or off white. A flat sheet was used as a mask to the comforter that was dingy looking. The shower curtain was visibly disgusting, as in needing to be replaced or simply washed. It was also obvious the bathroom had not been properly cleaned in some time.
