Room was clean and quiet!! The staff were very helpful and pleasant! The motel was located in an easy to access location and still was very quiet. Loved the window seat to look out onto the city!! I’d stay here again. (‘Clean’ is most important and this room was clean!!)

Check in took a long time becaue there were two large groups in front of me. The employee was very patient with everyone and did a good job. There were two things I will comment about. There wasn't any coffee in the breakfast area. I asked about it and they said they've been out for a week and company hadn't sent any. The other thing was the faucet on the shower wouldn't go all the way to the left, so the water wouldn't get very hot.

This hotel was all we needed. They did put us in a handicap friendly room the first night. We asked to be moved. The front staff were unprofessional but somewhat friendly. I felt formthem because they had to juggle reception with laundry and housekeeping. It didn't really seem fair.....

The bed was very comfortable. The room was just okay for cleanliness. Not being able to pay cash for my room was not right, not everyone wants to use a credit card. The pool and hot tub were not in working order but I wasn’t told that until my arrival.

The Microtel had good sized , clean rooms at a reasonable price. They are across the street from Walmart and near several restaurants.?I would definitely stay there in the future.

Location was good. Registration was a nightmare. Upon arriving I was informed I did not have a reservation even tho I had preregistration the day before. They had used my information and given the room to a Lyn Roth, no relation, simply the same last name, and had cancelled the room she had reserved. We were then informed they had a room available but they would need to register us using another credit card and name so the lady I was traveling with registered using her husband’s credit card. I was assured I would not be charged for the room!! Wrong, I have 2 charges on my card for the room, my friend has been charged for the room and after many attempts over the last week I have gotten absolutely nowhere with resolving this. Numerous phone calls and messages left with the general manager have resulted in no contact with her!!
