The room is clean and the bed is quite firm and. We’re on the 2nd floor and the the guest on top of us is noisy but over all it’s good.

Employee walked off as I was trying to check in. We had to wait 45 mins for I’m assuming her lunch. The room was disgusting. The TV and phone was broken. There was an old damp smell in the room and an old water smell on the bathroom. The room has NO amenities such as a blow dryer. The experience was horrible
