Staff so nice and available 24 hours. Room clean. Restaurants, stores and Outlets so close, gas station in front and bank next to the Motel.
I stay 4 nights, housekeeping never enter to clean, no matter I keep the room clean with my daughter. People in others rooms smoking and all hallway smelling like cigarrettes and weed.

he hallways were dirty and smell bad. Other guests loud and one couple had constantly fight on our floor. Then they would move fight outside right under our window while smoking joints.
The property was very dirty and front desk staff was annoyed when I asked for extra blanket.
Room was so dusty (lamp, phone, dresser, everything had layers of dust) walls had drips and spills near the table and night stands. Also, bathroom was not cleaned properly and you could see dirt on the walls.
I booked this hotel based on other recommendations/ reviews, however nothing was welcoming at this property.
I guess I could give 3 stars for having laminate flooring in the room, so I felt a bit relieved to walk instead dirty carpet.

I checked in and didn’t even went into my room. The building was stinky. The receptionist said to me at check in that smoking and drinking was not allowed. As Im walking towards my room, the smell was getting worse. It was like smoking, vomit and alcohol so I decided not to even open the room door and I ask for refund and went to another hoter

Once we checked in, all service discontinued. Our trash cans overflowed; our room was never serviced in three days there. It was advertised on the app as having coffee and tea in common areas. The closest coffee was across a six-lane highway.

The room is clean but no shampoo or conditioner but the one I can’t tolerate is the hallway that smells like pot. It’s so smelly. The owner should do something about it. Not worth

It appeared that a lot of low income families have opted to live in the hotel. Several rooms had dogs in them and the hallways had a hint of urine smell. Stairway windows were all open to help eliminate the odor
