Very nice property and friendly staff. We stayed in the bunk room and enjoyed it for the most part! We could have used another chair or something for the people staying on the top bunk. The ladder situation was a bit steep/awkward for the top bunks as well. Just something to consider! We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

My stay was great. I enjoyed the location, proximity to shopping as well as the staff. The hotel was clean, lively and has great decor. The sheets did have a few minor stains on it, however it did seem more of the cost of trying to maining white sheets, not that they were dirty. I would definitely stay again

We had requested a quiet room based on other reviews and it was a corner room on the 6th floor that was very quiet on the first night. The second night, however, we could feel the music (bass) from the nightclub until 4am - miserable. There are no amenities in the room - no coffee maker (you can get good coffee in the lobby but of course this requires you to get dressed first), no extra toiletries. We were told we could get extra towels from the “stash closet”, but our room key did not open it. I called the desk to request towels and lotion and was told it would be sent right up, but we never received them. You cannot enjoy a drink on the rooftop bar without involving yourself in a loud music/dance party. Overall this hotel is catering more to the party crowds attending the nightclub than to paying hotel guests. Disappointed in our experience. Location is good for access to subways and plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance, but we’ve had much better experiences at other Brooklyn hotels.

Our dtay was okay, but so disappointed to not have known about some of the amenities. At the front desk, they need to let the guest know that the safe is under the bed. I carried over 1000 that was cash on me because we didn’t have a safe, there was no ice only to find out you have to get a pass to the gym to get ice. Nobody ever told us these things I was looking for the dining room and never found it until the day we left. We wanted to get a decent meal and didn’t want to order from the bar. The electric plugs did not work on the right side of the bed nor did the lights we were put on the 10th floor right under the club above. I couldn’t sleep until after 3 AM because the music banging a lot of crazy going out outside with cars, honking motorcycles, and sirens. I would’ve preferred a quieter room and I would’ve preferred upon our arrival if the staff told us about the amenities where they were and how to access them, but they did not. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable actually my favorite part as it they had very nice sheets as well.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights, and it was a perfect location with access to great restaurants and transit. The rooms are quite small, but very functional. Storage space under the bed can be utilized for suitcases and hooks on the wall for coats and clothing was a nice touch, too. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue we encountered was there was only one elevator working for two of the three days, which meant longer waits and a very cramped space inside the elevator. It would have been appreciated if management addressed this issue sooner, or the very least posted a sign indicating that they were aware of the issue and taking action.

The hotel itself was lovely, clean, good sized room, good amenities. My reason for a poor review is that they have very loud music playing from 14:00-04:00 Friday and Saturday and 14:00-00:00 Sunday. We had to check out and move hotels. They handled it well, but we wouldnt have booked there had we known

BATHROOM AND SHOWER IN THE ROOM HAVE TRANSPARENT DOORS, SO YOU CAN SEE RIGHT INTO THE BATHROOM/SHOWER. We were shocked by this and the hotel staff claimed that no one else had ever complained about it...then proceeded to tell us that people are usually satisfied when the hotel sends extra sheets to cover the bathroom and shower doors. We did that, but then the housekeeper took the sheets and we had to request a second set. The hotel staff told us that all rooms in the hotel have this feature, so it's probably worth avoiding if you like privacy. Other than that, though, the hotel is fine for what you pay relative to other hotels in Brooklyn. The rooms are tiny and there is no desk/table, but they are comfortable and clean. The hotel has a sort of bar vibe with loud music and dark lighting in all public spaces, and there are often people coming in and out for the rooftop bar and nightclub next door...probably not ideal for a family vacation. The elevators are very slow, and you might have to wait in line to access them. You have to directly request housekeeping service. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, though, and we had a pleasant time overall.

These rooms are TINY! I couldn’t even open my suitcase on the floor…if you are claustrophobic then this will cause a panic attack. Employees could care less. I was not given the room category I paid for (city view), and they could have cared less. The sink in the room barely drained- and everything is teeny, tiny! Never have I stayed in such a small room. I would avoid this hotel.
