The room exceeded expectations. The big tub was great. The outside hot pool was nice. Good to be on Main Street.

The location is amazing. Its right on the main strip. Right across from the Star Line ferry drop off dock. We were on the third floor with a harbor view. It was gorgeous. It had a balcony, but you cant use it. That was disappointing. The in-hotel restaurant had great breakfast that is totally big enough to share. The service was amazing and the staff are very friendly. They even allowed us to check-in over two hours early.

Room was small but beautiful. Hard to find room for two suitcases. Main problem that it faced east and only had shutters on the window so early morning sun woke us before dawn. Would have liked curtains to put over blinds.

Spent the night on Mackinac Island with our best friends and really had a great time! Check-in was super easy, loved that our bags were delivered from the ferry and in our room, waiting for us! The only thing that could have made the trip better would have been if it didn’t rain our 2nd day, but we still enjoyed ourselves, and it gave us an excuse to buy souvenir hoodies!!😄

The porter service to come get your luggage and bring it back to the ferry was awesome.
The location of the hotel is great and the amenities were great. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Definitely would stay again.

Property was right on main street which is very convenient to restaurants and shops and ferry terminals . This also makes the area busy though so if you like very quiet I would choose an area to stay away from the crowds on main street instead . The room was very nice and staff was amazing . Spa / pool was not working properly so we didnt get to use it which was a disappointment for us . I would suggest calling ahead when making reservations to confirm it is working if this is a major thing for you but the private sun deck is a nice getaway.

Loved the theme of the room, bed was a bit uncomfy. And the shower was a bit small. The floor in the bathroom was also a bit slippery even when the floor was not wet. But the overall stay at the hotel was good. Would recommend to friends.

Older but full of charm. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Suprisingly with how many rooms i walked past to get to mine i didnt hear much at all in the hall. The halls are a bit narrow heads up. They have a hot tub on the second floor that is outside. Unique flavored fudges in the lobby,and a restraunt that you can purchase breakfast and lunch at. A pleasent stay and looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed overnight on the island. This was a quaint hotel on the main road. The hot tub was lovely and the complimentary hot drinks were nice on a blustery spring day. The luggage service was especially helpful getting to and from the ferry.

I can’t say enough good things about the Murray Hotel. The rooms are quaint and comfortable, the hot tub is great, the staff is phenomenal and the location is perfect! We always look forward to our stay here!
