We absolutely loved this hotel, we’re a family of me (37) hubby (50) and kids (16) and (11) and we all enjoyed different aspects of this hotel and location but we all absolutely loved it. The only downside was the service in the morning a Spanish girl (24-30) a little heavy set was an awful waitress and forgot half of our food and kept avoiding coming back it was something they could easily fix aside from that the place is beautiful amazing location, etc etc! I did a post on my insta of it and ppl also loved it
Great Boutique hôtel. It’s close to where my son lives so I love the convenience. The hotel has a great vibe, music, gym and coffee in the morning.
A special shoutout to the associate who checked us in on Saturday morning — truly an angel. After a very rough flight, her warmth and professionalism set the tone for our trip in the best way possible. I wish I had written down everyone’s names, because every single staff member we encountered was amazing. The barista (only in her first week!) greeted us with such a bright smile, the bellman from my hometown of Los Angeles helped us get a ride to the airport, and Donny on overnight duty gave us the best insider tips — and even kept us from wandering around the city at 5am in search of halal, looking out for our safety. When my daughter got locked out of our room, the overnight front desk agent took great care of her, which meant the world to me.
What really stood out was how engaging the staff was — they had great conversations with us, treated us like people and not just another guest passing through. It made our stay feel warm, personal, and memorable.
The room itself was lovely and comfortable, and the housekeeping team on the 16th floor was so kind and friendly. The restaurant? Fantastic — great drinks, great service, and the perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
All in all, it was such a special experience, and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, NoMo SoHo, for making our trip unforgettable! 🌟
