Great hôtel, stayed on the Versailles tower and got elevator issue to get down from the room but very helping staff brought us to the service elevator. The pool elevator was in repair so had to walk all the way around. Other than that our stay was great.

Really enjoyed Paris for the most part. Our room was really nice and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only reason I deducted a few stars was I was unimpressed with the pool. It was over 95 degrees out and we went to the pool. They would not let me bring my water in--they had $8 bottles of water for sale. The pool was crowded and there were empty cabanas for rent everywhere that pretty much blocked the view of the pool . The water was hot and not refreshing. Charging $62 a day for a resort fee I would have thought the pool would have been better and disappointed with the price gouging of the water and cabanas.

The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite without us even asking. She was very friendly and offered good information about the property. We checked into our room quickly and went about our evening plans. When we got back to the room hours later, we noticed that there was a dirty towel left in the bathtub that actually appeared to have blood on it. We also found the tip envelope for housekeeping, was used, but left on a nightstand When we called the front desk and asked them to provide a late check out as a consideration for these two things. we were on hold for a long time and eventually they called back to say they could not accommodate the late checkout. I have pictures of the towel and envelope. Our room had a strip view and since we were upgraded, we did not ask to change, but it was very noisy. Needless to say we will not be back to this hotel.

Long lines at the registration desk for check in and out. One of the parking lot exit card reader does not work. Beds are uncomfortable. A drip in the bathtub is nonstop with the valve closed. For the price I paid I was very disappointed with the room and unfriendly customer service.

We stayed for one night to be central to the strip - after staying the rest of the week in an apartment. The room view was great (paid a premium for it) but the windows were dirty and so you couldn't get good pictures. The room was ok, nothing special. There were only two paper cups in the room so we rang down to ask for some wine glasses to have a drink as we were getting ready. 45 mins later, they had still not turned up, so we just went out. No idea if they ever turned up. Main complaint was you cannot take drinks around the pool and the only free water is warm. I asked for ice but was told that wasn't something they supply. They had taken my ice cold bottle off me when I arrived (even though I had bought it 30 seconds earlier in the shop right outside the pool entrance). There is one small shower in the woman's toilets, but all the floor is wet and no where you can easily get changed without having to go back to your room - which means walking through the hotel. Pool is open to the public, so very busy. The check in was quite easy - same with check out. We paid $40 to keep the room for a few more hours as we were flying home later in the afternoon. Location is amazing and so glad we did a night there, but also very glad we chose to stay in an apartment for the rest of the week. It would have cost a fortune in food/drinks (they were extortionate around the pool).

We enjoyed our stay overall, but the water in our room was quite cold our entire stay. We asked the front desk to help but their response was to run the water for ten minutes and wait. It never got warm. Also the people in the penthouse next to us were very loud. Otherwise, our stay was great and the hotel was clean and safe feeling. Nice eating options as well.

Hotel is located in somewhat the middle of the strip, so close to many other hotels. Hotel was nice, many good restaurants inside. After visiting a few other hotels, I did notice I could smell more of a smoky/tobacco smell compared to other hotels in the area.

We waited two hours in line to check in. The Staff Members were wonderful, and I'm sure they had to put up with many complaints, but management is awful. The last thing anyone wants to begin a vacation is to wait for two hours in line to check into the hotel room. The line was terribly long, and there were only three staff members checking people in. The people in line around me were so frustrated, saying that they would never return to the hotel. The next day I noticed that the line was even longer, and I overheard people in the elevator saying that they will never come back. I can't understand why the management team didn't get more people out on the floor to check in customers. But kudos to the staff that was working so hard--- they were friendly and welcoming despite being under tremendous pressure and no reprieve from the endless line of customers waiting for check in!

Cold water in the shower, broken door lock couldn’t access the room and I paid for resort fees for two rooms. No where to sit at the pool without paying. coffee shop lineups too long. Very little staff at front desk took 35 minutes to get to the counter 3 times in the same day. All these amenities were non existent. Gordon Ramsay steakhouse service was horrendous right from the hostess who walked away from the table before we got there. The server was the worst. I literally didn’t want to leave a cent for a tip. Stk was amazing and cheaper for 4 people. I will never got back to Ramsay.

It was my first time in Las Vegas and I loved my stay at this hotel. The room is great! Great bed, great shower and I have a great view on the eiffel tower and strip. It's the perfect location on the strip, you couldn't pick a better spot for your vacation than this. Other than that parking was really easy which was great! If I could point out some negatives though I would say : 1. At this hotel there's a fee for everything so don't get too excited about the original price. It will add up for sure (it's common in Vegas though) 50us for early check in, wifi fee, resort fee, just because I can fee, etc. 2. All the restaurants and snack options are beyond expensive. I bought a chicken wrap for 20$ and I was disgusted by myself but I was so hungry after a really long day. I guess that one is on me! I would still highly suggest it :)

It would have been excellent except that when we were checking out in the room, I picked up a bag of nuts in the bar in room, and then I set them back down. We were charged $50 for a bag of nuts I didn’t even take! I did email regarding the charge but have not heard back or received a refund.
