Loved being close to the Miracle Mile shops and centrally located on the strip. The only thing I wish I was aware of is that 9am sharp, the music starts at the pool everyday. If you plan on trying to recover from a fun night I recommend brining some ear plugs. Everything else was great.

The room was comfy with an epic view of the Sphere (as requested).

The rooms are outdated, wall paper is ripping off. Wifi doesnt work, tubs arnt cleaned properly. Just Meh. I guess you get what you pay for.

Huge issue checking in! Reserved two king rooms but got rooms with two queen beds- wasn’t an initial issue because they gave us joining rooms EXCEPT rooms were dirty, hair in bathtub, on floor around bath tub, one of the beds had stains on sheets, entrance to room carpet was stained with spots. One room was slightly under construction with plastic and tape in shower due to them being in the process of adding dispensers in shower, tile under/ next to bathroom vanity falling off wall but we were not informed at check in so assumed rooms were just not kept up. After discussing/ refusing to settle for dirty, disheveled rooms and waiting over 30 minutes to talk to a manager we were given different rooms the first night then moved the next night to the rooms we originally reserved. Extremely frustrating when we reserved rooms 4 months in advance and after arriving at midnight after a long travel day!

Well first off we werent able to get into our room until after 5pm which caused us to miss dinner reservations. Next my room was by elevators and sounded like a roller coaster taking off every 2 minutes. Then our door to toilet got locked from inside and had to get maintenance which took forever and we had to pee in shower that morning.

The hotel is nice enough and in a good location on the Las Vegas strip, however the 'Resort Fee' is an absolute rip-off.
Not only is it pricey and you have no option on taking it or not, but the pool beds are a further charge (though there are some are free not on the pool decks). In addition the drinks prices in the pool area are higher than in the main hotel bar. This is a rip off when you already paying $50+ a day. In addition the pool is not open for long after the check in time - so you don't really have the opportunity to use it on your first night.
In general the facilities of the resort fee are not value for money.
