Trendy, Modern, I giggled when I first arrived at the way the Loft Rooms "present themselves". It's nice. Blackout shades are excellent. The hallways are a little too dark - I know it's a vibe, but it creeps a woman out a little. That said, you can't get up the elevators w/o a room key. The rooftop bar and danceclub with a killer skyline view are great - Ricky, a bartender up there was fantastic. Also, Primo ran a very fun DJ set for us while we danced on the carousel, yes carousel. There's a little coffee shop w/ great baristas and decent prices. I'd definitely return.

I love this hotel! Great location near the heart of SoHo. There is a Whole Foods next door and rooms have refrigerators so it's convenient to pick up a bottle of wine/snacks for your room. They have complimentary coffee in a beautiful space with large windows beginning at 6am. It is a great way to start the day.

I gave the place 2 stars because if you book through Expedia they don’t tell you about the mandatory $45 per night charge that gets applied when you check in.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days - everything was fine. I’ve returned home to a payment having been taken from my credit card for £468!!!! I have no idea what this is for and I will be making a formal complaint and expect this to be retuned to me asap!!! My credit card was given to the receptionist upon checking in where I was informed it was for a $200 accidentals deposit that would be returned to me once I check out. There was NO mention of a payment of almost £500 and I did not approve of this payment - I will be taking this up with the hotel and with my credit card. This is theft. It’s as simple as that. I wouldn’t stay here again due to this as this is not okay. What a let down. To have money taken from you when you’ve not used any facilities or any services that require payment. After googling this I can see a HUGE number of people have also experienced this. We paid thousands of pounds to stay here for 14 days. It’s an insult that you would take money you’re not authorised to. I expect my money back.

No room service was a downer, staff couldn't even bring silverware. Disappointed with level of service for the price paid.

if you like nightlife, this is the hotel for you. my husband and i enjoyed the lobby bar, rooftop, speakeasy and the nightclub downstairs. our bartenders were friendly, helpful, and the other staff we interacted with were excellent as well. everything is self service, even getting towels etc. the juice bar was out of their signature juice which was disappointing but the food options were good. loved that it was next to a whole foods. they kept our luggage after checkout so we could explore. the room was spotless when we arrived. toilets were a bit uncomfortable. overall enjoyed the experience.

A no-contact check-in was not ideal. Secondly, the hotel was great - the rooms, not so much. I'd recommend this hotel to someone in their 20s.

The hotel has barely any staff, nobody working in the reception, you have to check in yourself on an iPad. The lobby is full of people taking naps, working, waiting to go in the club next door. A lot delivery people just sitting around and charging their phones. The hotel charges a lot of fees, like a daily access fee of $45 to guests however the lobby is full of none paying people. The areas by the elevator are crowded by people waiting to go to the rooftop bar, it’s messy and there should be a separate entrance for hotel guests. The rooms are tiny, bathroom doesn’t have privacy is just a tinted glass enclosure. The location is close to SoHo and Broadway shops, it’s the only good thing. I will not be staying here again.

Hotel is a hipster spot. Rooms were tiny but functional, quiet and comfortable. No recycling that I could see and the keys were very easily demagnetized. The neighborhood is very central. I’d stay here again.
