Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Very nice spot to rest while traveling.

The floor was sticky. No chair at the desk for breakfast in the morning. There were no chairs available or tables possibly because it was busy at the time.

I like the quality of the place, furniture and fixtures. Clean. Comfortable.

No Elevator for the 2nd floor. The Indoor Pool (called out in the advertisement) was Out-Of-Order during our 4-day stay. Breakfast offering was OK but was not always fully stocked.

Truck parking and it was a good area

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, staff members working there were using the pool as a place to keep their own children/grandchildren. Wouldn't be an issue except they were only popping in at random and leaving the child who was misbehaving for the guest to deal with. The child kept behaving inappropriately towards our children and they only returned to make their child leave the pool after an adult from our group had to intervene multiple times. At other times guest from our group were waiting for extended periods of time at check in because they were busy packing up and gathering the child's belongings from the lobby area to send them home with someone else and needed to say their good byes etc. Could have been a fluke but honestly it had the feeling and appearance of an every day situation that seems unprofessional for a business setting. We missed the breakfast so we can't comment on it but were told they had a decent selection by other members of our group. Overall decent place to stay, price is great and affordable.

Hair in the tub. Dogs barking on the hour all through the night. There was a shared door to another room and it was unlocked for any random to just come in. I had to use furniture to barricade the door so I could feel safe sleeping.

I booked with Expedia wasn’t told that I live too close. Nobody called me or anything. I get all the way there. The lady was expecting me at the counter just to tell me that I cannot book with them because I live too close. I was trying to take my son indoor swimming for his birthday at least they could’ve called me and let me know something before we got there in My Son . Had to be turned away like that.

The receptionist who checked us in was fantastic. He was nice and friendly and even helped me out. Thanks for being awesome!!!!

Front desk ladies were super friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and breakfast had a nice variety. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it was close to exit. The property had a nice area for our dogs to go potty. Highly recommend!

I was a little disappointed the room was not the cleanest and they had no Soap to wash hands or body and you can not get any devices to hook to the internet

There were bugs in my bed and it smelled so bad in the room as well as the lobby. Worst experience of this trip by far.
