The staff was friendly. The bathroom tub had remains of a bath mat and the tub didn’t drain after a shower which was gross!

This hotel was by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no ventilation in the room. The floors were laminate. Moisture was so bad that water was pooling on the floors. It made the floor very slippery. The TV was tiny and barely worked. You could tel the room was not cleaned very thoroughly. When I called the front desk about the issues, I was told they were booked up. When I checked out, I told them the issues and the manager told me I should have called them because he would have moved me. Seems like a breakdown in the communication. We did not dare try the breakfast just based on the overall cleanliness, we assumed the food area was not a safe bet. Would not recommend anyone to stay here

Only one ice machine that was broken. The opaque curtain was all torn up. Sequins on floor of room as if it was never cleaned after last guest. Size of room was great and I like that the flooring is not carpet.

The beds and room were clean. Few towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Few TV channels on small TV. I almost fell off the chair with wheels that was in the room. The chair rolled too easily on the hard floor. No doughnuts for breakfast, just some waffles. Hotel was overpriced for what they provided.

The room was spacious and clean. We personally didn't like the vinyl plank floors. The bathroom was quite small and didn't have enough towels or towel bars/hooks. We could find no information about the time frame for breakfast, when we went to the breakfast area at 9:00 there were no eggs or sausages. We were told they couldn't provide any because breakfast ended at 9:00. Also, the coffee was like water and we couldn't get the juice dispenser to work.

1 night stay for High School Trap Championship. Property was clean, however you can tell it is an aged property. Did not utilize the breakfast area so I cannont speak to that. Beds were uncomfortable for me. This property served its purpose for my needs.

We got there checked in and got ready to go to the pool that's when we found out it's been closed for a while and no idea when they'll have it fixed. We booked it for the pool and hot tub and wouldn't have knowing this. We should've been informed and given a discount for the inconvince. I left a message at the hotel and never heard anything back. The hotel itself has a strange odor and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We let the front desk know as we didn't want to get charged for smoking in our room . There is not a pool available. The website says there is a pool and there is a picture but the pool is closed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable

Called hotel before booking asked about amenities and pool, hotel said everything was working.. which was a lie, bed was hard, comforter was lumpy, bathroom had mold on the wall, and exhaust fan didn’t work, Everywhere you looked garbage laying around outside, parking lot was in bad shape, front desk help hasn’t to helpful, will never stay there again..
