Quality Inn & Suites Erie near Casino

Convenient to where l was going.

This place is trash. I don’t even know how this place is still open. It’s a run of the mill motel/hotel that is riddled with drunks and drug addicts! The rooms are absolutely filthy there was blood on the mirror holes in the walls,blankets had stains on them. Pool was also dirty. I’d stay far far away from this place. We ended up getting our money back and getting a hotel up the road called the clarion. It’s worth the extra couple dollars. To not stay at this quality inn.

Expected more from a Choice Hotel. Very dated in need of severe makeover

The floors were filthy, spiders on the ceiling near door entrance, and there were blood stains on the comforter in our room. I attempted to get a refund with no accommodations. Absolutely terrible! Never again

I didn’t stay both nights because I had to be rushed to the hospital due to spider bite I was in the er with all my kids and it ruined my plans for the trip

I usually stay at Quality Inns. This place is a disgrace to the name. My grandkids cried & refused to stay in rm 130. It was grossly disgusting w a bathroom smelling of urine. Front desk changed us to rm 118. I had to kick on the door to get it open. It wasn’t much better but it was late at night and we needed to rest. We all slept in our clothes w hoodies covering our heads. The kids cried when they had to go in the bathroom. The door’s paint was horribly scratched all over. Bugs in the ceiling light, long hair strands in the shower, and it looked like mold in the corner of shower. Stains on the room walls, no outlet cover,holes in blanket. The pictures on the website are very misleading.The actual building looks nothing like that photo. There were quite a few sketchy characters that hang around the motel. Check out my photos for yourself. I would book any other place . Avoid… avoid.

Beds seemed old and saggy. Walls were dirty, very limited lighting in room. Dust on headboards and nightstand. The room seemed overall dingy and unclean. Sheets were clean and air conditioning worked well.

If you like a clean hotel, this place is NOT for you. Water damage leaking into room from ceiling. Absolutely filthy conditions. Fly Trap was in lamp. Only positive is the AC worked good.

The room was not very clean my sister had to change her room because the original room smelled like cats the second room was not much better but she put up with it .you could see the outside around the door

The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The person checking in.was out on a break with a sign at the check-in desk when he finally did come rude and and not helpful at all. The room was way in the back. There was a lot of vagrants hanging around. The room was dirty the door looked like it was kicked in. Lock wad broke. bathroom was dirty tib did not drain during the shower. The only positive thing was the bed. It was comfortable. The air did not work. The pictures on line are from 20 years ago. Fake advertisement. The breakfast was a joke. No juice. The hallways trashed. And of course when checking out hmmm the same sign will be back soon.

The restaurant was nice and staff friendly. Could not change the AC. lamp by bed didn't work. Floor could have been on cleaner.

Do not stay here. Completely filthy and felt bery unsafe. No hot water to shower. Beds felt like gona fall apart. Shower wouldnt drain so had water up to ankles. Air conditioning barely worked. We demanded a full refund but was denied

Was closed down when we got there and had to go 15min further out to another quality Inn and that was more expensive and filthy! We had no choice!

It’s basically needed renovation. Hotel is outdated

Not Quality Inn quality. Apologetic about issues in room like toilet seat not attached & no real hot water in sink or shower. The drain stops were just sitting up in the shower. The curtain looked clean. Breakfast was lacking without eggs or hot cereal or any breakfast meats like bacon or sausage. These were available @ last 2 hotels in the same chain when staying just 2 weeks ago. There were a few breads and bagels, 2 flavors of yogurt, frosted flakes, raisin bran, and fruit loops with milk. There we're materials to prepare waffles, but no pastries or muffins, biscuits, or donuts. 1 toaster with 2 slots made slow preparations when a family or 4 would come to eat with other couples. The lobby was neat and clean. I could see the Woodford were just done and carpet vac going during breakfast. The hotel room 102 was bare with no decor other than a wall mirror. The room is in rough shape. You can see that it's been updated by the various painting and patching but it appears run down, shabby, in need of a real overhaul. The A/C appears newer and there is still wrap on the cord, but there's a lot of dust and debris under it, including a gel air freshener. Though it's non smoking, when walking in the room, it smells like it was a smoking room in the past and the sign was just hung saying no smoking. It's almost like room 102 was rented weekly to a laborer who recently finished a job& the room wasn't really fixed up since that departure. Staff helpful& kind.

the room was to be smoke free -the stench was terrible, floor in room not clean , left stains on my socks, things old and broken, shower floor moved when stepped on, drain flies coming out of the sink, Felt unsafe moved table in front of door for protection. No one should stay here !

The pool was nice ,the staff was good but i didnt have hot water on one of my days and the cable tv reception was terrible
