Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown - Seaford

This hotel has reached the end of its life. Carpets are really old and dirty, room smelled of old air conditioner. Without a remodel this hotel should be a hard no on anyone’s list. Breakfast staff worked hard to at least perk people up a bit with the offerings.

Filthy is the kindest word I can use.

Was here for a baseball stay for my kids tournament Their where roaches in room! Cold water no hot water for the first day, and homeless people walking round parking lot

Was mostly clean with daily service but had to cut my trip short due to excessive noise

the hotel was horrible. Room smelled, flys in the room, elevators not only did not work, but when you had to take stairs to the second floor, you then had to go down stairs again to get to your room. Place was old, dirty, ice machines did not work and customer service was non existent. Would never stay there or any other quality inn ever again. Expecially since they charged us top dollar for a one night stay - $279.00 was ridiculous. HORRIBLE

Hotel was dirty, rooms dirty. Missing tv remote. Elevator broken. Staff not friendly. The hotel needs a good cleaning, painting and lots of upgrading. Will not be booking this one again.

The elevator was not working properly over the few days we stayed, room cleanliness needs to be worked on, stains / bubble in carpet walking to room and in hallway, breakfast was not a buffet

The 1st smelled so bad they moved us that room was okay except the shower would back up while showing water did not go down

The rom key got broken. It took one hour to fix . I can’t believe they didn’t have a master key available

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was pretty good. Fresh too. The beds were really comfortable. Overall we had a nice time.

This Comfort Inn was a port in the storm in Georgetown DE. I booked on Expedia at 7:45 PM and we arrived at 8:30. Check in was very simple and we were tucked in by 9 pm. Another great find on Expedia! Thanks so much!!! Jeff H

Front desk was nice

The stay was not bad, the floor was dirty and wash cloth had make up on it, and toilet was rocky. But overall not bad. I WOULD GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY TO SEE IF THE SCORE IS HIGHER THE NEXT TIME.

This is the second stay. The first was not the best..it was dirty , stunk bad of cigarette smoke and was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Second trip- DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY…hair in the bed…folded towels in the room had brown stains and green stains on every one. One roll of toilet paper for a 4 day 3 night stay with 3 women. The bathroom door knob was broken , the mini fridge door and inside shelf are broken. The AIR CONDITIONER IS HORRIBLE! Both stays we were miserably uncomfortable trying to sleep.

I wouldn't know how the property was. Expedia over booking rooms that are not available. First time i ever used expedia and worst experience of my life. I experience problems with panic attacks and when i was very calm thinking i have a hotel room all set up and there's no reason to stress i get a call 1hr before check in to say there's no rooms. They took care of finding me a room in another hotel but getting that phone call was horrific. In the end THEY took care of everything and i had a great room it was however 35 more minutes away from where i was visiting. This is unacceptable. I have heart issues and i dont need anything causing me this much stress. Im glad it got fixed fairly quick about 45min. But a 45min panic attack is horrible. I cant see me EVER using your business again.

The shower nozzle was reversed. Hot where it said cold; you had to just turn it to get scorching water.

Room was excellent and spotless. Bed was comfortable. Everything was easy. Highly recommend if you are traveling for work and need somewhere to crash for a night.
