The hot tub was nice but spouting cold water from a couple of the jets so, it could've been hotter. Beds were nice & comfy. TV & lights a bit outdated.

Room reeked of stale smoke. Supposedly this was 100% smoke free hotel. Soap and shampoo dispensers hard to work.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The room was nice and comfortable. The only complaint was the shower was very slippery and had to put a towel on the shower floor to keep from slipping. I reported it to housekeeping, they cleaned the shower floor but it was still very slippery. I reported it to the front desk on checkout and he said he would get it taken care of.

The room we were in did not have much sound insulation. Children running through halls in the morning, could nearly hear the conversation word for word in the connected room.
Good enough for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't recommend an extended stay.

Our room smelled musty and stale smoke. The beds very uncomfortable. The drain in our whirlpool was broken and we had to hold it up manually to let the water out.
