Our room was clean, spacious and dark at night with a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was decent with hot items as well as many cold choices. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The Quality Inn is very convenient to visit the Corning Glass Museum and Rockwell Museum as well as close to the center of town. Staff was very responsive to a problem with myTV by exchanging for a new TV immediately. The breakfast was very good as well.

Though the property is a bit older, our room was great and extremely clean. The breakfast provided was the usual eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Staff very friendly. Location is convenient to downtown.

No elevator. ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work (lengthy walk to get ice), hair dryer didn’t work, coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been used in years, tiny pin like holes in solid curtain, outside smoke area dirty, chip in bathtub, very outdated. Hotel needs lots of work.
