Quality Inn

Pool was great room was good.

Staff was very friendly including the manager Joann, but the room wasn’t clean and smelled like mold. Bad! Breakfast food was mediocre and not refilled.

We just needed a place to sleep after a show at the Gorge. Pros: clean, easy check in, friendly staff, bed was okay. Cons: one very beat up night stand (it was bad) stained wash cloth, rusty bathroom fixtures, pretty old and worn out hotel. Owner is being neglectful.

I will never stay here again. I got zero sleep and the room was disgusting. They tried to say it was clean but absolutely not. Room didn't even have towels. Oh and the safe you are supposed to leave your values in was non existent in my room. Why they even have this room in rotation I don't know.

The hotel has a stench that changes depending on the area. The beds are lumpy and not comfortable. The AC units are so old and loud that you have to choose to be hot and not sleep or listen to it rattle and not sleep. Road noise is extensive. The rooms are very dark. The exterior doors to the place do not lock, anyone can enter at all hours of the day and night. I mean, I get - its only $140 / night. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Outside appearance of hotel was beat up, lots of trash and windows taped up. Coming into the hotel the woman was on her phone during check in and seemed as thou we were disrupting her conversation. The hallway smelled like cat urine, coming into our room there were painted over holes in the wall, the ac air smelled bad, the bathroom counter was sticky. Checking in at 11pm and out of other options we HAD to stay, but checked out at 5am! Didn’t even shower! I would never stay here again.

I didnt like anything about this hotel, it was extremly un clean and will never go there again. I'm even surprised that you have this hotel advertised on your app. If I continue to get hotels like this through your app on, I will no longer use you.

everything is very old and very dirty

DONT STAY HERE!!! This doesn’t look nothing like on pictures. It’s like homeless shelter. Smells so bad. Rooms dirty, they don’t change sheets. After checking in (2 )rooms that we reserved was dirty, we made a complain and the front desk lady said they don’t have extra rooms, and won’t give us a refund. Bedsheets had hair, stains , bathroom tub was not clean, had hair all over, bathroom had dirt on the floor. No one care here, and they won’t clean. Don’t waist your $ on this. You will see people go in and out and walk all night in the hallways.

Horrible! The whole thing!

I think overall it was good! I would recommend stating the breakfast days and time instead of just saying on weekends because some people look at Friday as a weekend day. We missed breakfast on Friday morning because we thought it went until 10 and we were not the only ones. There were about 6 other people that thought the same thing. I know the little insert you put in with the room key says the times and all that but I would definitely say Saturday and Sunday breakfast goes until 10 and Mon-Friday it only goes until 9. Also I forgot to mention this at checkout but our TV turned on and lit up but would not play anything and we could not even turn it back off. It finally started working after sitting on for about 7 hours. We were in room 112. Overall though the staff were wonderful and friendly and we had a good stay.

Terrible smell in room. Holes in screen so couldn't leave window open to air out room stink; as mosquitos could get in. Omelet thingy was terrible.

If you're looking for the Quality Inn consistency that the chain usually offers then book somewhere else. The staff was friendly but this place was uncomfortably dirty from tons of stains on the bedding and furniture, strong pot smell in the hallways, no elevator, ice machine didn't work and all the surfaces through out the building looked like they had not been cleaned or painted in years. I have chosen to stay in many dives before but when I book a Quality Inn room, I have always seen a consistent environment until now.
