The hotel was very simple and somewhat dated, much like the kind of place you'd pull into off the highway for a quick overnight stay. It wasn't fancy and didn't have many offerings, but for the price, it was perfectly passable.

I don’t understand why all the “fancy” hotels don’t take dogs. This place has always been good to us and our pets and I hope this company can lead by example of what hospitality means. Thank you Quality Inn. We had a vacation that will be remembered for generations.

Every staff member was helpful and happy we were there. The only reason I took a star on cleanliness was there was a weird smell in the hallway, but it seemed to be something they were fixing because it was less and less every time we returned to the property, and thankfully, not at all in the room. The hot breakfast was good. I have a significant food allergy, so when I asked about ingredients the manager went above and beyond to find the ingredients labels(even calling the company for the scrambled eggs) to let me know if the food was safe to eat, and the. He apologized for not already knowing. Also, there was fresh coffee in the lobby that was actually really good coffee, and when we arrived for check in at 3:30 pm, we could smell fresh baked cookies from the parking lot, just waiting for us in the lobby. It was a very good experience.

The frig in the room didnt work. I called the front desk and was told how to make the temp cold but it didnt work. When we first go in the room there was a used sock. The room was very clean otherwise.
