Dirty rooms

This place is not handicap accessible and spa is not working

The room smells like pee inside, pillow has someone else’s hair on it. I asked to switch to another room but got rejected. Front desk provided me air refresher only. A place on my no go list now

Property was close to wedding venue we were attending but the property was in need of being updated especially the bathroom.

Fine. Our room was big and had everything we needed.

I waited 20minutes to check in had to call so I can get the attention of someone in the back. I even yelled and went around and they hid

The place need a lot of TLC. It is dated and dirty too.

The WORST hotel I have ever booked with Expedia. While exiting vehicle other guest warned me about room condition. Saying he just checked his family out without staying. I didn't listen got to room, it was filthy like it was never cleaned,we found used condom in room bathroom was horrible. Worst part we left asap and couldn't get a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

This place really need service Restroom door whit a hole, Pool need to be clean Trash everywhere Room not clean in general …. Etc…

We were uncomfortable with how dirty it was and left within an hour of being at the hotel.

The hotel was very run down and dirty. I didnt have towels in the room. The bathtub and toilet were very dirty.

A lot bad people in building , police knock on the door. People fighting taking very loud a midnight

The properly is not very well maintained.

It was a quiet and fairly clean property but the toilet was not up to my standards and there was lots of dust in between beds and night night stand, check in was smooth and easy.

Very dirty. Staff not helpful. Mold in room. Breakfast (if you can call it that) was terrible. The whole place was filthy.

Not much to choose for breakfast. Bed was comfortable. There was a bad smell in the room. The tub, wasn’t very clean.

Ok so there was a bit of a rocky start to our stay...the room I booked online said it was a double room w 2 queen size beds...when we checked in, we were told it was only 1 bed. She was firm at first, but not rude...she had me show her an email w the booking and send it to an email & then we were given a room w 2 queen beds. I was so disappointed to discover the spa was not working...it looked fine but wouldn't heat up & jets weren't working...they said it was under maintenance. I know I sounded a bit whiney on the phone but the room already looked different (smaller, less upgraded) than the pictures online of the room I selected... but she was so nice, she didnt have an attitude & she kindly moved us to an upstairs room w a bathtub and a balcony. It was just that I chose to pay a little more for a nice stay w my son when there were other hotels in the area, w cheaper rates that also had pools/spas so I was bummed to pay a bit more only to find out the spa didn't work. But customer service and kindness goes a long way w me...she didnt have to give me another room, but she did and the other employees were very polite & friendly as well. The design of the hotel is very cute & although it has easy acceas to the highway, it also feels somewhat secluded, up against a large hill, w a nice neighborhood to walk in. All they would need is a little maintence on the spa & offer a little more at breakfast (it was always oranges, frosted flakes, waffles & coffee but nothing else)

Pool and jacuzzi did not work. Dirty room - scratched flooring. Strange guest talking to myself and child. Pictures not what the rooms truly are. I was told there was a couch and bed in our room and there was only a chair. Terrible.

Electricity went out. After showering once no more water came out. No clean linens. Pool has no towels. No staff to clean room daily… No one at front desk.left number to call for emergency. No one answering.

good views and was fairly quiet, near the I-15
