Quality Inn Near the Island Pigeon Forge

Good stay

Each room has individual AC floor units. These are horrible set ups for hotel rooms bc A everything stays damp inside the room. All our belongings/sheets/bags you name it. Also when the unit is on your cold. When unit if off your hot. Also the breakfast bar is located in another whole building across the street! Craziest thing I’ve ever seen while staying at a hotel!

The hotel advertised it was remodeled recently but we couldn’t tell. We stayed on the 4th floor beside the indoor pool area. Our room was so damp and humid from it. Our mini fridge didn’t work. Our shower kept backing up and not draining. Our toilet leaked water. The outdoor pool was shut down for some reason even tho it’s summer. The indoor pool was so humid and hot inside you couldn’t breathe. I wasn’t sure why there were people smoking everywhere. Even right outside of our room people were smoking. Wanted to take the stairs up to our room one day and there was a man just sitting on the stairs next to the pool smoking a blunt. But for the price point, I slept there and left and spent the days away.

Room was updated and mostly clean. One of the beds looked a little messy and comforter could have used a good washing, but I didn't need that one so didn't say anything. Nice big Tv with several channels available. Worst part is I was on the bottom floor, ally side back of Fireside subs and it was loud. Cars spinning out all night and Then garbage truck woke me at 4:15 A.m. picking up a dumpster and slamming it back down. Breezeways where vending machines are were dark and not well lit. But for the price, it was clean and close to everything. Probably wouldn't stay here again just because of all the noise.

The room was new and clean and the set up was ni e for out family of four. The hotel was great, we enjoyed both pools and the jumping pillow each day of our stay. The breakfast was nice however the only day we had fresh fruit available was the first day of our 5 day stay. My only real issue was how hard the beds were. I would say they use firm mattresses which made it hard to get comfortable. The location was also nice. We were able to walk to several spots for food, mini golf, groceries, and shops. I would definitely bring my fanily here again.

Excellent stay as always. I contacted ahead of time about an accomodation need and they did a great job of finding a solution to my request. Breakfast was wonderful, and very well stocked, even with a large group on one night of our stay. Love the 24 hour indoor pool option! Looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay was very enjoyable! Room was clean, great outdoor/indoor pool and hot tub! Breakfast provided in morning was very good for affordable hotel quality. Staff was very friendly in assisting with any needs. Would stay again!

We checked in, stayed about two hours. Seems there was a large group of teenagers stay in there, they kept looking in our window, so we decided to drive home. We were only three hours away. Did not like the bottom floor room would’ve preferred to be up a little higher, very noisy. Very nice room, very clean we would stay there again, but would request a higher floor

Hotel was easy to find, located centrally on the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Check-in was fast and easy! Never had a problem finding parking, and we appreciated that building B was just a short walk across a back street, so nothing dangerous there! Both breakfast and the outdoor pool are located at building B. Breakfast was always stocked and had plenty of options, and the attendants there were friendly and polite! The rooms themselves were clean, and we especially appreciated the huge TV. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! While we didn’t use the indoor pool, it was nice to see it and the outdoor pool had hot tubs and 1 ft wading pools for little kids, so we weren’t limited to what pool we could visit. We spent a lot of time at the outdoor pool, and our only complaints were that there were no towels at the outdoor pool (we had to stop at the indoor pool on our way, but this could be inconvenient if your room was in the B building, as the indoor pool was in building A), and the filter didn’t appear to be working well in the outdoor pool. A good amount of leaves and bugs were in the pool, but it was also summer and the landscaping crews were out, so I would understand if that was the cause. Definitely did not keep us from enjoying the pool! Overall, we would definitely stay here again! Perfect for our family vacation!

Front desk was amazing at check in when trying to figure out stay out since I booked an early night and then the rest was in my boyfriend’s name. Great job putting out families together without knowing for sure we were all together as a group. Internet sucks. They told us someone had came out and fixed it… I can barely get on here to post this. We couldn’t connect to do work on the laptop. Definitely need it upgraded and we’ll see how long this takes to post.

We loved this hotel so much, super clean rooms, wonderful pools and hot tubs, great location, everything about it was amazing. One of the best places we've stay. Will be coming back for sure.

Very nice staff the breakfast was wonderful freshly cooked lots of choices to eat from the rooms were clean very good place I stay there about every time I come up the Pigeon Forge the bed could be a little bit more comfortable but that's about every place you stay at these days highly recommend this place

- Room was great aside from the air conditioning being hard to regulate between hot and freezing. - Bathroom pretty small and water leaked out into the floor, but everything was really clean! - Breakfast was decent - Main complaint was the parking. Very few spots available and the entire front row was taken by people and when they left, they put a traffic cone in the spot so no one else could take it. The whole side of the building was available for parking but was taken by people in lawn chairs watching cars go by the strip.

This hotel has 2 buildings. We stayed at the 2nd building- at the adult floor- 5th floor. ● Beautiful pool view ● Our room has jacuzzi ● Buffet area on our building ● 24 hour indoor hot tub and pool on the first building ●Outdoor pool and hot tub on our building- not 24 hours ● Staffs are wonderful- from the maintenance, pool people, front desk,and buffet attendants ● Walking distance to The Island, Alcatraz Museum, Pirates Voyage, and like a kids place. ● Walking distance to Publix ● Restaurants and stores are walkable This will be our preferred hotel everytime we go to Pigeon Forge.

Nice place the breakfast area was a little far from the main building but very good and the sweetest breakfast lady ever! The pool was great and the hot tub but it's jet's were a little rough.

The odor of bug spray was overwhelming where I was physically getting sick to my stomach and a headache. Went to the front desk where she sent the maintenance man down and all he did was spray an anti-order and said my fridge was making ice so it was working. It was just a fridge. Not a freezer. Overall not a bad hotel that has a pool and breakfast. Easily accessible to all the places and most are within walking distance. Which was nice when you have children.
