We have been coming to your hotel for over 15 years and always utilize your "Park & Stay". We just got back from a trip and when we arrived on Friday, February 21st there was absolutely no parking available for our vehicle. Front desk kept saying we should check in the morning and if none available then we would have to leave our key fob. That is totally unacceptable and I would never leave them. There has to be a way that you can better manage how many reservations you take for the "Park & Stay". We do however love your bar/restaurant on-site and they always have bucket of beer specials and great margaritas. The food is always good as well. Your shuttle service to/from the airport has always been good. Please do something to improve your parking situation or we will be forced to find another hotel. Thank you.

No damn parking

The Quality Inn is a bit dated, but it's great value for money overall. There's a free airport shuttle and breakfast is included. Staff were polite and the room was clean and the best thing was the extra large and super comfy bed!

This was a great option for a park and stay not an extremely updated property, but it was clean and a good value. We have excellent service with our transportation.

They gave us a room with a door that doesn't lock. The staff knew that the door was broken, but they haven't taken any action to fix it. We could lock it from the inside, but once we wanted to go out for breakfast, we noticed that it wouldn't lock. So we had to take turns going to the dining area, which the heating wasn't working so there weren't any hot foods available and was very cold.

Clean and safe. No elevator so if you have heavy bags reserve a room on the first floor. Breakfast room was freezing in winter. Not much for breakfast. Restaurant was good.

By the Interstate, and no elevator, the building condition is old.

The hotel itself is obviously a little old and outdated, but it didn't take away from the stat itself. Beds are nice and room is maintained well. The bar and restaurant downstairs is great to avoid travel elsewhere. Easy shuttle to airport. Good luck finding a better place at this price.

I landed at the airport at 1:00 am and was not picked up until 2:45 am. Waiting in 5-degree Fahrenheit weather with two kids. hotel guy was obviously preoccupied watching his laptop because we had to call 2 times. The first time we called he sounded distracted or maybe he didn't understand - I'm not sure. Upon arrival receptionist was watching his laptop - greeting was not great. Instead of “welcome” it was just a “yes? What would you like?” When i told him that we called two times about the shuttle to get a ride he responded by saying “but you still got here by shuttle” which was very dismissive of him. I then expressed that it was very inconvenient to have to wait in the cold for so long. He said sorry, but it was obvious that he didn't care nor provided no effort to show empathy. Lastly, although the place is labeled non smoking it smells really bad of smoke. The entrance, hallways and bedroom. Its very strong I dont recommend this place at all. Highly recommend avoiding this place for poor customer service and the smell.
