Quality Inn Port Orchard

The person in the room next to me left the TV on all night. I had an adjoining room and I could hear the TV going even in the morning when I was getting ready to go. There were no rooms available so I had to live with it. Tooo bad!

The good: The property was clean, updated and very comfortable...except for that one night..... The bad: Our first night there, we kept trying to lower the temperature in the room because it was too hot. It was a restless, sleepless night. When I asked about it the next morning, they checked it out and found the thermostat was not working. They gave us another room...but without any compensation....when we needed to stay another night (because we got sick), they gave us a 20% off the rack rate, which is the same as the Expedia price. Also, know that if you use Expedia, you will be put on a 2nd floor without an elevator. If you ask if there's a ground floor, they will tell you 'no' without even checking. The facilities were really in good shape...but I just felt they could have done better for us to compensate for the room with a non-working thermostat that did set us up for getting sick and needing to stay another night.

Trina was excellent upon checking. The morning breakfast lady was a pleasant and cheerful woman that can assist with just about anything! Awesome crew!

Love the property the rooms are wonderful and the staff is amazing!! Love how dog friendly they are and that the pet rooms don’t smell like urine and aren’t dirty!! Love coming here

For Port Orchard very good price, and very nice hotel with very nice guest services. When we're back to visit the grandson, we'll stay there again

I was really impressed and loved my stay!

Overall things were okay, but simple cleaning items were missed. The bathroom had several dark pube hairs on the toilet. In front of the vanity was toenail clippings. The biggest bummer was our jacuzzi tubs jets didnt work. No mention of that when checking in, and really that tub was the only reason i booked my mothers day trip here. Such a let down.

While this is an older property, it is clean and maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in town to visit family so we only slept there and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

They gave me room to another person named Eric. I show up and Allison tells me I'm already checked into my room and my friend was in the room. Another guest showed up before me and his reservation was messed up so they upgraded him to my room that I booked about two weeks ago. They straight up lie and tell me he knew my name for the reservation and let him into my room by mistake and he already paid for my room so they couldn't let me have it. They then offer to waive my deposit and have me pay full price on a smaller room and the next time I show up I could get the room I wanted half off. I asked Allison to call her manager back and to give me half off that nights stay. They did. The next morning I see Eric in the lobby just trying to get a copy of his receipt, for my original room. I'm walking out the my car and he's walking out to his, I go by chance are you Eric, he's kinda spooked that a total stranger could know his name, just as I was spooked that someone could had known my name and used my booking to my original rooms... He explained to me his reservation got messed up so they upgraded him and gave him my original room to make it right to him. He didn't even use the Jacuzzi tub, I told him he got my room and he felt awful. The hotel should had comped my room 100% and just been honest with me that they screwed me over to try to make another customer happy I steady of their endless lies that Allison and her Manager crafted and probably use often..

Extremely friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the food service lady. Could not have been nicer. My only negative about the property is the old style low toilets. Hard for older folks to use and the mattress was too firm for my liking but that’s a personal preference. The breakfast was good.

Very convenient - right off the freeway and close to town. Very courteous staff!

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy.

Having been asked to rate the hotel just after check-in, I would say it is 5 stars. I will know for sure if it is really 5-stars after my entire stay is completed.

I really liked my room but not having an elevator and being on the second floor was a pain. If I had known, I would have asked for a bottom floor.
