Everything was old or broken, dirty and smelly!! Groups of smokers hanging out by the entrances… drinking, smoking, loud.

This was my second stay over the past few years at this location. Was not impressed this time around. A lot of sketchy people hanging around the parking lot drinking and bbq'ing in the "designated smoking area", loud music blasting from the room next door. Curtains were ripped and room felt run down. Smell of marijuana in the hallways.
Plus big signs warning of a $15 fine if you took any of the rather mediocre breakfast offerings back to your room.
Hot Tub and Pool did not look well maintained either.
Will not be back.

First they kept telling I had no reservation
I showed him my receipt/ itinerary
He said no he doesn't see a reservation.
After 45 mins of having to be on a calm via my personal phone with little servi ce due to the remote location Expedia called the front desk and wouldn't you know it oh he found it. No apologies he simply said please let me see if room is clean

Tv took 20 plus minutes to work. Shower head was secured by double sided tape. Ceiling calk fell while showering. Multiple outlets didn’t work.

The system was down for check-in for a while. The front desk guy was curt, but that was fine. The room/bathroom was drab and not very clean. Bed was comfortable. I could hear everything going on in the room next to mine. Kids were running up and down the hallway and a strong smell of weed. Side doors worked sometimes and then other times not. For $50 a night it was fine, I just needed a place to sleep. I will stay elsewhere next time I am in town though.

The beds were uncomfortable, the toilet kept running, they gave me the wrong room with 2 beds instead of 1 but I’m not complaining about that. There were bugs all over the bathroom, and it was just kind of a bad experience all around.

The front clerk was so insulting. I've never seen anything like him. All i did was compliment the Christmas tree in the lobby and he went on and on about how we decorate dead things in this country like in our religion and how he was having to work on Thanksgiving because of it. And it went further, but that's all I'll say. I repeatedly told him i wasnt here to discuss any of that and he WOULD NOT shut up. I've never been so insulted in all my life by a person in the "service" industry. The toilet lid came off. I'm going to see if that is why we did not get our $150 deposit back. Also, multiple times, they claimed the card reader on the exterior door was freezing, so we had to walk all the way around to the front in the cold. Not a very good experience at all.

The smoke alarm was beeping in the room when I checked in. The staff was helpful and immediately gave me a new room. However, the new room did not have a TV remote and the one the staff brought me did not work. The staff was helpful, but unfortunately they were working with an outdated hotel that was not very clean.

When checking in, the front desk gave us the wrong room type from what we reserved.When we went back to the front desk, the young man tried making excuses and when I showed him my Hotels reservation, he said it didn't matter. When I challenged him my previous experience at this hotel, he then threatened to cancel our reservation. We then said we would keep the room but asked for his name to file a complain. Then he finally changed us to the right room type. He was incredibly rude and should not be in customer service.
The room itself was clean enough, but the fridge was making a loud buzzing sound making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was okay.
Given the way the front desk treated us, we cancelled our rooms booked for the next football weekend.
