Probably the best hotel I have stayed at in this price category. Super friendly evening receptioninst, nice breakfast (even waffles), the pool was sufficiently warm to enjoy and play around with my child (often with low-usage pools like this, it's too cold). Perhaps most importantly, no busy roads and no elevators, so it was quiet!

Absolutely awful! Booked two rooms, one for my wife and I and another for a friend and her son. The rooms smelled like ashtrays upon entry and once we turned on the AC it began smelling musty and mildewy. The floor in our room was so dirty the bottom of my socks were black. When my friend called the front desk to say the room smelled so bad they couldn’t sleep nothing was done and they basically shrugged it off. Will NEVER stay here again. This place doesn’t deserve the one star I gave it.

I booked this place last minute to save us from a terrifying & terrible booking at the Ramada Inn & I’m so glad we discovered this place! We come to Albany often & this is now our #1 spot. Clean, friendly, great room & great breakfast! Don’t hesitate to book here - don’t be deterred by affordable price or any negative reviews. This is an excellent deal & excellent place to stay!

Was not able to stay at this hotel because I did not have the $250 deposit to be able to stay. I also wasn't able to get a refund back on my money. So they kept my $101 and I wasn't able to stay at the hotel. I will never be staying at this hotel again

Overbooked hotel so my reserved room was gone upon check-in. Room had a bad lingering smell of fast food. Attempts to air out the room didn’t work. Smoke alarm kept beeping all night since the front desk didn’t have batteries to replace it. Late checkout request went ignored as cleaning staff pounded on our door 10 minutes before normal checkout.
