This is the first time I feel I made mistake to book a cheap quality inn, the place close to a truck cleaning shop, very noisy, I cannot sleep in the whole night! You can clear hear music from other room, and people shower or walk around at 4-5am in morning!

I had to make an overnight stay in Indiana one that was near Route 65. This came up. I was led to believe it had a pool and workout room. However, the receptionist stated that the treadmill was not working. So, I spent my evening watching a movie and sleeping, eating breakfast the next morning and left.

What a dump. Dirty, stale. Desk drawer broken, tv credenza broken, telephone and tv not working, lamp on wall falling over. This took me all of 2 minutes to figure out. Walls chipped, carpet not vacuumed. Common area carpets dirty, trash bagged in hall was there entire stay. Shower doesn’t operate! Wow what a complete fiasco - a complete dump. Probably still overpaid for this mess.

Indianapolis had a winter storm on Sunday morning. I took my dog for a walk around 6am. The entrance was completely covered with snow and ice that wasn't removed before we left the building. When we returned to the entrance I fell right in the entry way where there was no one at the desk for any help at all. The hotel didn't offer any medical assistance or help at all for my injury that happened to my right leg, now I can barely walk without a cane.

Wasn't checked in till 40 minutes after check in. Supposedly there were no clean towels. About 15 people waiting and be rude and hateful. Stains on the carpet and holes in the wall. 5 days later and still waiting on my $100 security deposit to come back. Returned the rental car I had and deposit was given back and hour later

After check-in (which went smoothly), I entered my room and was greeted with the pungent odor of stale cigarette smoke. The mattress on the bed was thin and felt cheap, the tub was filthy and the shower handle was broken. I didn’t discover that gem until the next morning. A highlight was the hot breakfast offered. I was looking forward to this. When entering the breakfast area, there were no plates. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk. She looked for more but none were to be found. The juice machine was out of order and the coffee was empty. I may have stayed in worse places, but I sure can’t recall when or where.
