The hotel is dirty all around with trash and filthy areas including halls, elevators, room, pool, parking, and kitchen area.
The breakfast was completely terrible with no food available and dirty counters all around.
The hotels is in a terrible condition all together.

Hotel is definitely dated. No one at service desk, just a kiosk. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Their milk machine was clogged and only good thing they really had as the waffles. The rooms were dated. Our phone did not work at all and our towels were cover with lint. Pool was ok, but gate stayed wide open even after closing. We will not be staying here again just because I know there are far better places to stay.

I booked for a room with balcony but unfortunately the room that they put us is not. I tried to complain at the desk but the staff told me that they dont sell rooms with balcony thru Hotels.com. can u believe that?
The mattress are old. It sunk when u lie down. Rooms are old. Will not go back or recommend.

The room itself is good and well laid out, but the whole place is dated and well past its prime. Many things out of order. Tatty torn drapes etc. It could be so much nicer, just needs money spending on it. But, good value for money all the same, an we're only staying one night.

Taking to telecom to check in was weird. We had tv but no channels, tub water slowly drained. No ice on gorst level. Coffee maker hard to work. But we slept so good.

The air conditioning in one room did not work and in the second room it was just so-so. The check-in with the AI type kiosk is terrible. takes long, impersonal and hard to understand

We stayed here 3 years ago and since then it has never gotten upgraded, which it needs desperately.
It’s sad as the location and views are terrific.
I guess there is supposed to be there but we have never seen it open.

The pictures look a lot better online. The comforter had a stain on it. We never had housekeeping and when I tried calling the front desk to notify them most of the channels on our tv did not work, no one answered. The front desk was nice upon checking in. Since there is no house keeping you will need to ask for towels and shampoo daily.

Listen to all the bad reviews. They aren't lying! Dated hotel that needs updating badly. But the worst part is the staff who couldn't care less if you stay here. We stayed at 7 different places on this most recent roadtrip. This place was BY FAR the worst experience. Pay a few more bucks and stay at one of the newer places.

Honestly, I don't usually leave reviews and have stayed at a decent Quality Inn elsewhere, but wouldn't go to this one again. It was run down, beds were uncomfortable, shower didn't work, water ran hot/cold, not a patio view of Lake Powell.
Carpets, bedding seemed clean, and there was a Keurig in the room.
