Front counter ladybwas very nice and professional. Our room needed the floors cleaned and the shower curtain was loose so it wouldnt stay closed and floor got pretty wet.

There’s a musty smell in the room, and in the bathroom, there’s only a curtain but no proper water stopper, so the water spreads everywhere when I take a shower.

There were a few issues, the hair dryer didn’t work but they replaced it upon request. Bed was the most comfortable of any on our cross country trip. Floors could be replaced but it was clean.

There aren't enough characters in the review box to tell you all the issues. Bottom line, don't waste your money here. Very dirty, sticky floors, couch in the room was filthy and stained, room smelled musty, no shower curtain, no bar soap and deadbolt didn't work. Only the metal bar across the door stopped a guy from coming in unannounced. Front desk was annoyed with our requests and after checking out early my request for a refund was denied because I didn't file a complaint with the property.

This was an older property, but felt very nice and spacious. Rooms seem to be updated. Loved that the room we stayed in didn't have carpet. The room was warm when we got there, but the in room AC unit quickly cooled it down. Will definitely stay at again!

Ice machine not working on 1st floor and no elevator so you have to use stairs to go to 2nd floor and ice machine was at the end of the floor breakfast was ok there was not a lot of low calorie or carb free options

This was a very bad stay for me… rooms were dirty, beds were uncomfortable and did not look clean, and the noise was ridiculous. No matter where you walked or went in Hotel… I also felt very unsafe here. I will not be staying here again when I visit my kids.
