Staff (Brian) checked us in and he was very welcoming and informative. We knew the property was under construction, so we were not surprised by the work being done on sight. Our suite was very nice with plenty of room.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Despite ongoing renovations on one side of the hotel, our room was quiet and comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean.

We reserved an oceanfront room with balcony. The sliding door was screwed closed and sign on the door balcony condemned. In addition, the cafe bar served food until 7 and bar closed at 8pm. The cafe doesn’t open until 11 am and there is not a coffee station in the hotel. The pool was closed. I could have stayed in a motel for way cheaper given the amenities of a resort were not available.

I paid for an oceanfront suite with balcony. When I got there they said because of renovations the balcony could not be used and the door could not be opened. Also, no housekeeping until my 3rd day.

We didn't know the property was under construction and the pool was closed. We were very disappointed when we arrived. The staff was very nice, but could not give us any money back as we booked thru Expedia. We had to use the public beach, with the homeless community- even though we paid over $500 for the hotel and amenities. Not happy with Expedia!!

The staff was nice. The fact that I was told after I booked the room and paid for it that we had no access to the pool or our balcony on an ocean view room is absolutely unacceptable. We have a 2 year old in our travelling party and couldn't even take him swimming other than the ocean. The air conditioner in the room was so loud and woke us up every time it turned on. The room needs updated with more convenient outlets next to the bed.

We were aware of the construction but you had to go around the hotel for beach access. With no pool there should at least be better beach access. We refused the first two rooms as there was water on the floors. No where to get coffee on the premises. I would not go until construction is finished.

Have no access to the balcony or pool due to renovations and was not informed before booking this hotel if i knew this before hand i would have never stayed there....and was charged full price with no discount...and room was dirty and old looking ..the tv was small and outdated...the room doesn't have a microwave the air conditioning was barely working.broken tiles on the floor and a picture frame hanging over the bed randomly fell on to bed luckily no one was sleep in the bed ..i paid for a beach front balcony room and had zero access what a waste of money

I was mislead and conned. When I booked this property there was no mention that the balconies had been condemned so we could not open the patio door much less sit on the balcony.
Upon check in we were told we could not drink the water due to a boil water advisory. No bottle water was offered. How is that even legal to have a place of business open with no drinkable water available
Will NEVER stay here again.

The balcony and pool were closed. The room was ok, other than the rust on the towel bar, the rust on the sliding glass doors that you could not use, the screws some were sticking out of the sliding glass door as it was holding the doors closed. The hole approx the size of a quarter that was in the floor and the fact that they did not at least sweep the room out unless we asked. We found out there is not a microwave in the room it was located in the laundry room, how odd. We attempted to use the coffee pot in the room but upon opening the area for water it had smelly stale water in it.

The hotel advertised that the pool is closed and the balconies were blocked due to updates. What was not said was that the sliders were screwed shut and "Condemmed" notices were plastered on the sliders for the balc0nies and the windows had not been cleaned since last season, so there was not a beautiful view of the ocean. This was as of the 1st week of March.
