Printer needed ink. Invoice was extremely difficult to read.

Door didn’t come down to the floor. You could slide your whole hand underneath. Only one outlet worked in the room. Only had one towel and washcloth that didn’t have stains. Didn’t sleep in the bed. Breakfast was inadequate and very, very limited. Front desk personnel seemed to be more concerned with playing on their phones than dealing with customers. Dining options are limited. (To put it nicely)

Whoever is doing all the 10/10 ratings has not stayed at this hotel. The ceiling was caving in, the tile was not level in the room, the blankets had stains on them, the wall air conditioning unit was barely attached to the wall. This hotel is in desperate need of repairs. The lady at the front desk was nice, but I felt dirty and unsafe - thankfully we only stayed one night. Oh and the elevator- not sure if it’s ever been inspected -

They didn't have washcloth, weren't very friendly couldn't understand what the guy at the counter was saying. No microwave,no ice machine.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!! DO NOT EVERY BOOK THIS HOTEL Several people asked for there rooms or sheets to be changed because they were dirty. The manager told them no. We had the same issue and she told us to checkout because they don’t have any rooms available

I booked a nonsmoking room, and my room smelt like an ashtray. Someone’s hair clip was left behind, so my room clearly wasn’t cleaned well.

We arrived at the hotel around 6:00 pm Clerk notified us there were no rooms available. We showed her our confirmation number. She repeated - no rooms available. We asked for assistance with booking at another hotel (perhaps one of their sister hotels). No reply was given. We left in frustration.

Booked this room for the convenience of it's location to the airport, which was great. However, this hotel was "sketchy"

There was a dirty thong in my couch

Room did not have the following: 1. hand soap, facial tissue box, enough toilet paper - had to request more; there was only a half roll on the tissue holder; 2. the hook on the back of bathroom door was missing; 3. upon checking in - had to request a new toilet seat as the one in the bathroom was painted over to cover obvious damage; 4. bathroom sink was cracked and damaged in several spots; 5. the room did not have a chair for the desk - I had to take one from another room that was not currently occupied via the housekeeper; 6. toilet handle had to I be held down for 10 seconds to get a proper flush; 7. the ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working; 8. the excursions book info in the room was from 2019 9. decor issue - plastic mint green waste baskets; nothing in the room was that color 10. Had to get on hands and knees to connect microwave oven to the dirty power strip that was not long enough. 11. no phones in room so had to call front desk on cell phone and some calls to the front desk went unanswered 12. had to ask the housekeeper that was on the floor for towels as she had passed our room and had not serviced our room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary water and a quick check-in process. Highly recommend!

They cancelled our reservations at 6pm the day of check in that we had booked weeks in advance & we had 3 rooms booked. We were 3 hours away when they emailed a cancellation notice! I called them & they said the manager cancelled everybody that wasn't checked in by 5-6pm & they were fully booked now which doesn't make sense if you just cancelled everybody's reservation! I looked online & there were rooms available for around $300 when ours were booked in advance for $75. They are running a scam there! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! You could drive all the way there to find out you don't have room anymore! It didn't show cancelled on my Expedia app either so you won't know until you get there or you check your emails often.

Nothing nice to say about our experience. Nasty facility.

They canceled my reservation on May 17th, we were flying on a return trip from London. So, when we arrived in Chicago I get the message that they had cancelled. I made the reservation 6 months ago and reconfirmed the date and time of arrival on May 4 th 2025. I am extremely upset and will never recommend them to anyone. Who does business like that? Really!
