We had a quick trip to Dothan for a family member in the hospital at Flowers. The hotel was 8 minutes from the hospital. It was very convenient. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Doors around building could stand to be cleaned. walkways need pressure washing looked stained. Towels and wash cloth need replacing. room appliance needs replacing the one in my room was rusted and gasket on door broken. ALL IN ALL HOTEL IS OK

Though the room was okay there was fighting outside our room. Loud music was playing late into the night and early morning, that disrupted our sleep so we checked out around 3:25am.

It smelled terrible like smoke and pot,it was so dirty,the bedding was not changed it was dirty with so many hairs and other things and stains.
There were roaches,light bulbs were burned out,
It was late so I ended up using the towels to cover the pillows and sheets.
It was so disgusting!!'

Its normally really nice but the room this time the toilet kepted getting stop up like it was something stuck in it. The restroom floor had a spill on the floor and the wall. The towels had hair on it. The toilet seat had urin on it. The restroom had a smell coming from it. Other than that it was ok.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times overnight for business. This was the worst and probably last time. I checked in and was given a room key. When I pulled up to the room, there was a man in the room, I waited for him to leave as he had a hotel lanyard hanging from his pocket. Evidently they were having problems with the televisions are he had the remote in his hand and when I got in the room the television wasn’t working. I had the desk and they said they were working on it. A few hours later I was told the televisions were out and wouldn’t be fixed until the next day, which I felt they knew when I checked in. The desk chair was missing a wheel. There was also a loud commotion in the parking lot about 1:30 in the morning.

The bedding was clean. they accepted my cat without upcharge. Made a last minute reservation when I was refused by Baymont. Property run down. No attention to detail in room cleaning (bathroom corners, under cabinets, behind doors. Brown bag breakfast.

Like that they allow dogs at no extra cost, this stay was a bit better (February) than the last one in January.
