Lets start with this is the cheapest hotel in lincoln and you get what you pay for. Killed 4 spiders. Found cobwebs between the bed and the night stand and on the tv stand. Told the cleaner my room didnt need cleaned as i was staying another night as i was leaving for a bit to go get food. They still came in my room. The first morning there were people arguing and the guy was threatening to slit his wrists. Cant say it was worth the 170$ spent for 2 nights

I was concerned about the property when first arriving, but whenever I went to check in, I found the management to be totally attentive and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staffing was short, but it didn't seem to matter. I would stay there again.

We liked the fact the room had a microwave & refrigerator, also that the front desk was professional and friendly. But we didnt like the old smell in the room and the beds & carpet wasn't too clean & towels didn't smell fresh. There was no iron in the room we had to ask for it. Staff knocked on the door & just walked in so that was rude we was still in the room in bed.

Pictures on line were obviously altered. Our room was in the middle of being updated as only part of the door was painted. Behind the bathroom door was dirt and long strands of dark hair. We all have blonde and/or short hair. “Breakfast was prepackaged snack cakes and u palatable coffee. The beds were decent and the AC worked, but we had to ask for a working remote and a luggage holder.

Very rude book 2 night sta thru expedia let us go in the rooms 3 hr later tell us that we got to go because they didint get the money from expedia.beware expidia will not refund your money either

The room itself was fine, but no one was at the check in desk. An elderly employee who didn't speak English called the front desk person and gave me the phone to talk to her. She said she'd be there in 20 minutes.
The halls also smelled like a nursing home, like stale urine.
In the morning, there were 7 police cars in the parking lot. That's not the hotels fault, but does say something about the clientele, i think.

Poorly remodeled property with almost no in-room amenities (soap, coffee, working TV). Some sort of foreign snack cakes and bananas are the continental breakfast.
Be sure to double check your reservation room. The smoking room made me feel like I smoked a pack a cigarettes over night.

The whole property smelled of urine. The smell was over powering. This place was rated 7 of 10 as I recall. The grounds were ok other than there was dog poo left by residents and it smelled terrible. The room was dirty and there were pubic hairs in the shower. The floors were sticky (the floors are laminate flooring). There was mold in the fridge. All in all a terrible stay.

The biggest problem with this location is the signage, it still has the Motel 6 signs. The front desk clerk said it takes a while for new signs to come in. What I don't understand is why they didn't cover up the signs they could and put up hand painted signs. I passed the hotel by and I noticed that other people did the same.
The TV still has the sign on on screen for Motel 6.
There were no extra products like shampoo.
The towels and wash clothes were dingy.
The cleaning staff was very noisy on Saturday morning at 7:30.
They accidentally deactivated my door key. So I had to go back to the office Saturday evening to have it reactivated
