Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Staff was very helpful. Great location, could walk to dinner. Quiet and a good bed. On the downside was the door was difficult to lock and the window was stuck open. Weak coffee.

Nice location along the waterfront. Close to dining and shopping in old town Florence. On site washer and dryer is a great perk. Room was dated but spacious and generally clean.

The view was pretty BUT we were on river side and the bridge was very very noisy, every time a car or truck went over it it made a terrible noise all day and night. I would rate it a 4 for view and a 2 for accommodations. The bathroom was old and tiny, the rooms were cold and unappealing. Not worth the $250.00 plus that we paid. The shampoo they gave us was minuscule. It was a disappointment.

Very nice

The location is fantastic. An easy walk to cute historic old town. However, whomever designed these rooms in the 60s for some reason put all the plumbing on the wall that would have otherwise been a window to a river view. The room was clean but very dated and a little beaten up. Cabinets were dinged and scratched, one of the walls had been almost punched through from the door being opened too hard (doorknob went through wall), and there was a strange musty smell of old building materials. An odd smell I know from working on cleaning up old rental houses. It would have been nice if the tv would allow us to log into our streaming accounts. The town seems to lack any upscale lodging which is too bad because the town itself is so charming. The people were nice at the hotel and breakfast was okay.

Right downtown Florence on Bay Street. Close to seafood dining and places to shop and relax. Rooms have small cooler and microwave. Breakfast is above average and the hostess keeps the food/drink items fresh and tasty.

Room was a bit dated

The whole room sloped away from the door. The bathroom tub had a huge chunk of enamel gone & there were holes in the walls. A yucky small room.

Nice property well located on the river. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Unit was very clean but in need of several glaring repairs in the bathroom. Chipped bathtub, worn out toilet seat and large holes in the walls where the shower rod had fallen off. Easy fixes. I'm surprised that they would rent the room without these repairs.

Room was older, no controls for a/c or heat. Beds are hard,very uncomfortable. Breakfast was really not worth eating. Place not recommended by us for the price

Unable to moderate the temperature in the room. It was uncomfortable for MH e to sleep in.

Great river view and an esay walk to dining and shopping in the old town area.

We have stayed here several times in the past and have never been disappointed. It is an easy walk to the old town area that sits on the Siuslaw river.

Great location. Noise from vehicles going over the bridge but not enough to disturb our sleep. Room could use some touch up paint, and the closet had only 2 hangers. Chair in corner looked tired. You have to request housekeeping service, but had no issue getting fresh towels, glassware, etc. Not an issue for a short visit. Would like to have an extra blanket available in the room as bedding is very lightweight. WiFi service was good.

Clean hotel, noted to have been recently updated. Still had the smell of an old building. No AC. Room was very clean but dusty. No elevators made being up luggage tedious. Breakfast had minimal options. Fairly pricey for quality.

Great view of river and historic bridge. Comfortable bed! Appreciated the updated room decor. Easy parking on site. Close walk to restaurants. Breakfast room is small and crowded at peak times.

No air conditioning, highly recommend the balcony room if you get warm at night and for a beautiful view

Room was comfortable and river view was great. Breakfast was a letdown. Limited selection and out of about half the items at 8:15.
