Great place for the price we paid!

Dirty stained carpets. Entry way rubber mats full of dirt and mud. Towels were threadbare. Stuffed chairs all stained and worn. Didn't even want to use them. I am furious that I paid $92 for this room on Expedia when the walk in price of the room is $69. I definitely got taken advantage of here. I would never, ever stay here again. I travel extensively and I've only stayed in one place that was worse than this.

Akshay the manager greeted with kind words and let us know if there was anything we needed just let him know. The amazing story is I mentioned to him that we were running a race in the morning. They opened the kitchen 30 minutes early and had delicious coffee ready in the kitchen. This is what I call going above the call.

Clean, friendly comfortable !

We would not stay again, was nasty on outside, was managed by India employees and that was all that was hanging around the place , felt very unsafe.,

This place could use a total facelift

The pictures did not match the property. They are at least 10 years old! The room I had came with 2 queen beds. They were different mattresses. Both very thin and VERY uncomfortable!!! There was also a really bad smell in the hallway. And 2 lights in my room did not work.

I killed a cockroach in my room, than they gave me a different room with a heater that didn’t really work, and the shower knob fell off so couldn’t even take a shower

Staff is rude and disrespectful do not recommend especially for price

The Select Inn Breckenridge is a property in need of modernizing and updating. Our room was age-worn with ancient mattress, comforter, and curtains so old and worn there were tears/gaps where the light just came through. the security chain on the door had only one screw that was partially tightened. The ridge had a rusty hinge and the chair was worn and quite old. The towels were in need of replacement; I would relegate similar ones to oil checking rags at my place. Breakfast was minimal at best and more family-style than we are accustomed to, e.g. the orange juice and milk service were open gallon containers in a little fridge that was "help yourself" serving. We would not go back.

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was smaller but clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and flat and uncomfortable. It was the right price for a quick overnight stay. The breakfast was not out at 6:05 am.

Property itself could use an update. The breakfast was sufficient. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in/out was easy. Had a good stay.

It was good ! But on a hot day of 91 degrees the Air Conditioner didn’t work! We had to get a fan for survival . We are supposed to get 50% off the room.

Comfortable, clean and everything.g worked.

As a 2 star hotel, we were more than satisfied with the room price...even on a holiday weekend! We would certainly recommend this place to family and friends. Check in was a breeze, as well.

Paying 90$. There should have been a lot better taken care of. Definitely not the value for this amount

Receptionist was super nice

The building is falling down. There are gaps between in the hallway from separation and get in room lights don’t come on separation from ceiling to walls cracks in wall. That building is just waiting to fall down and trap people

The rooms were dirty and stinky.
