It was my 1st time staying at Sheraton Gateway , it was wonderful experience very nice and professional staff. Specially the staff transfer our luggage very nice and polite and great service . I request at the reception for the room with Airport view so I can enjoy watching planes Landing and Taking off so they gave me room with very Beautiful Airport view . I really enjoyed my stay there. I’m adding some video shots

Employees were very nice and the property was very clean. Loved that they had their own shuttle to the airport, definitely recommend.

Very nice property. Nice room. Breakfast was fantastic at the restaurant in the hotel. It was not included and a bit expensive but definitely worth it! Only negative was how long we had to wait for the shuttle.

Will never come back here. The valet staff was very rude and the staff at check-in weren't any better. Housekeeping was the only staff who smiled and said hello, We were visiting the area for a very special occasion and we did not feel welcome at all.

We checked in late evening, room was clean and ready, shuttle was outside waiting when we came down at 4:30am and got us to our flights on time. Exactly what we were looking for.

The property was close to the airport, affordable,and provided free transportion which was important to me. The restaurant was expensive and the food not great for dinner..breakfast was better but if I had chosen the buffet it was $46. Really...$46 for 1 persin for breakfast???

The location was good. Shuttle driver didn't stop, I had to bang on the side of the bus for him to stop. We had 2 small kids and put us in a room with a broken AC. It seemed like they knew because they just put a floor fan in there. Breakfast is WILDLY overpriced for what you get. And they add.20% gratuity automatically. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

No parking. $75 for valet or use the self park that costs $3 per 15min or maxed out at $24 per day. Not good if you plan to go in and out sightseeing if you are using this hotel as a base for a couple of days.
Room had a coffee machine, no facilities for tea making, no cutlery, no milk etc.
Air conditioner was not working as it should.
Dining - they advertised on their dining tables that they automatically put 20% tip on your meal without your approval.
Staff were very pleasant, food was ok, nothing special, facilities ok only major downside was the self parking @$24 each time you came and went.
