Great location but it’s a huge hotel with many, many rooms so not a good choice if you don’t like crowds. We were there during construction so it will be much less congested when the lobby renovation is done.

A great central hotel to Times Square. The foyer can get really busy at times with long queues and it doesn’t help that space is at a premium due to Renovation works going on. Would have liked a fridge in the room. Staff were great and friendly.

It was under construction. Of course, we did not know that when we booked this hotel. But, it was really ok because once we knew where to enter the hotel..that's what we did.

The location is fantastic. next to the hotel there is subway station. however, the hotel rooms look shabby and need renovations. The hotel is very close to times square and rockefeller center and walking distance to central park
