Laura at front desk is a jewel! Property is lush, tropical but well manicured. The man at Happy Hour great personality and good drinks. Love our pool side room. The location just off the wall and down the street from Schooner wharf is very convenient. Bed and room is also very nice and breakfast just great!

Everyone was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Even the obvious ones with humor and care.
The person at the breakfast bar was super great. She gave us the first bagels out of the bag from the bagel shop.They were so fresh ( i cant remember her name)
Our room was very comfortable and always well kept!
I will stay here again!

Three friends and I recently spent four heavenly days at Simonton Cottage in Key West! I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The environment is magical and the warm hospitality of the staff makes the experience over the top!!! All four of us agreed that we couldn't get back to Simonton Cottage soon enough. A very special experience!!!

Gorgeous property in a prime location right off
Duval. The grounds are so pretty and maintained beautifully. The orchids were in full bloom and were amazing. Room was comfortable, but bathroom could use some updating. Would definitely return!

Construction noises above our room starting Sunday at 9 am, plus it sounded like furniture was being dragged around the floor above too. It was one hell of a wake up call.

This has to be the best place to stay in Key West. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property grounds are beautiful - lush and green with orchids growing everywhere. The four pools make it easy to find someplace to relax. Minutes from everything on Duvall.

Great staff made for a great stay. Centrally located near Duval but quiet at night and safe. The entire staff was extremely accommodating of our needs which made for a very nice stay. Nice breakfast and offered amenities. 4 pools to choose from
