Sleep Inn & Suites Middletown - Goshen

I did not like that I could hear my neighbors as if they were standing right next to me. The walls are poorly insulated. My wife cannot sleep because people will play music till 2:00 in the morning. However the place is very clean the staff was excellent but some of the other guests for less than considerate.

I liked it all. The young lady at the front

The property was clean and the staff was great. The biggest issue is the young men smoking weed near the front entrance at night. It was the same group of young men so I assume they had to know an employee. As a courtesy due better policing up the foolishness at night, at least on behalf of your guest.

Rooms were smelling very clean and th bed with comfortable.

Not a new and shiny place, but clean and spacious. Our room had an electric fireplace. Big shower. Comfy sitting area. Very good breakfast. Check in was easy and friendly even at 11pm.

This place was really nice, very clean, everyone of the staff was friendly & very helpful, breakfast was great.

The biggest disappointment of my stay was being charged $10 extra per night for a crib. My wife and I have stayed in nearly 300 hotels since being married, and not once have we ever been charged for a crib—especially when it was a medical necessity for our daughter. I explained this to the staff, but the fee was still applied. This was frustrating and left a very negative impression, to the point where I’ll likely avoid Sleep Inn properties in the future. Aside from that, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were spotless, which is always a priority for me, and the beds were fairly comfortable. I also appreciated seeing staff consistently vacuuming, mopping, and tidying the property—it showed they take cleanliness seriously. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk and changed daily, which I liked since it wasn’t just the same options on repeat. Free hot chocolate, tea, and coffee around the clock was another thoughtful touch. I also liked the convenience of having shampoo and conditioner dispensers right in the shower, though I think adding body wash would make it even better. On the downside, the pillows weren’t the most comfortable, and the garbage cans in the room were quite small for a family—though that’s common in many hotels. Another frustration was that only one elevator was in service, and it always took a very long time unless you happened to catch it just as someone was getting in or out.

Comfortable room and good breakfast, but the staff never smiled, and the pool is shared with a local company for swim lessons, and it's a small pool. We book hotels for their pools for the kids, and they never really got to play because there were always swim lessons going on. Do not come here for the pool, because it's small and you have to share it with a lot of people.

Very clean rooms

I stay here for all my business trips to Middletown, convenient location, friendly staff and easy access to major highways. The staff always go above and beyond for any requests or to make your stay an enjoyable one.

Staff was helpful and place was very clean. Continental breakfast was excellent. Location to I-84 was perfect. Would recommend this to anyone.

General manager has horrible customer service.

The check-in was quick inconvenient, but we were not able to check in any earlier than the 3 o’clock time that is specified. The hotel is clean and the beds were comfortable. However, we did have a fire alarm go off in the early morning and everybody had to go down the steps and outside while the alarm was checked out. The usual complementary breakfast made up for the inconvenience. One of the two elevators was out of service. But the bed was nice, the pillows were comfortable and it was clean so we would stay there again.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, we slept well! The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. But it was very , very hot and humid in the hallway and lobby.
