Sonder at One Platt Apartments

Staying at the Sonder at One Platt was pleasant BUT it could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The floor seemed to be swept just in the general open areas. Pet hair & thick dust under bed, around toilet and in corners. Overall nice facility. If I wasn't under extreme stress I wouldve requested a cleaning.

Not the place issue, but there was construction next door so it was noisy during the day. But if you are there to be a tourist, it doesn’t affect you too much as you are not there during the day. Family of 4 (2 teenagers), so good to have the separate rooms for everyone to have personal space. Easy to navigate to public transport..

it’s a great setup, and the hotel staff is very helpful. The people who answer questions in the app are also great.

Very cold draft from the windows in the winther. But turning on the heater makes a terrible noice. Besides this issue all was fine.

Great location

This property was quite special which included the luxury amenities, the cleanliness of the bed, the location of the property itself (quite conducive for my purpose for being in NYC), easy access to transport and I felt safe at all times.

Great place to stay

we arrived to our place and it was disgusting. we asked the cleaner to clean the room again, she came in mopped the floor and lint rolled the couch. there was crumbs still everywhere, floor was dirty and sticky, the bathrooms weren’t clean and the beds as well.

The airconditioner/heater can make a little bit of noise.

I did not like the bathroom. It was in a deplorable state. Not fair for the price. I did like the practicality of the layout. Well located, nice building.

The approach is the right one, nice apartments, very clean and comfortable. Strongly suggested for a family

I was traveling to NYC with my guy, my daughters and their boyfriends (teens). I didn't want to have multiple hotel rooms so this fit the bill. Overall we were pleased with the space and amenities. The space was modern in design and spacious (especially for a space in NYC). The doors didn't close/lock, one bedroom had a glass panel door (no privacy) and the sinks drained slow. The pillows didn't offer much support and left us with sore necks. It would be nice to have USB ports somewhere in the space and more lighting.

ME and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights in the one bedroom apartment it was amazing and clean and offered room service. we enjoyed our stay !
