It was a lot of noise all times of the day and night from guest and staff!!! Rooms were not clean! Had a very funny Oder!

Front desk busy checking her phone during the checking in, making mistakes. Very unprofessional !!!

Pretty clean

Staff is friendly but not professional. 3rd floor is horrible a lot of open abandoned rooms room was just okay bathroom floors not clean. Bed wasn’t comfortable. A lot of possible homeless people live there or maybe weekly renting not sure. Stingy on towels called every day for clean towels. They do have complimentary breakfast stops at 9. If u looking for something just to get by stay there. If u looking for a pleasant stay go somewhere else. The only positive thing I could say is they are directly across from the airport BTR…..

We got to the hotel around 545 pm to check in The young man that was behind the counter didn’t know what to do so all he said was “give me five minutes because she “he was referring to the person that was supposed to be behind the counter” just left but she is only five minutes away. Then he said I’m calling her right now so you can wait in the lobby until she is back. Long story short we waited over an hour and always asking him but he couldn’t give us an answer when someone was going to come back to check us in. After almost two hours we told the young man that this was unacceptable because we made a reservation and no one was there for us to check in He seems nervous and not knowing what to We decided to leave and I wrote a note for someone to call me back While we waited there was a group of people 5-7 young adults smoking marijuana in the pool area that was right by the entrance so with that we also decided this was not the place we wanted to be Please call me or do something about this because I was left with no other option but start looking for another place to spend the night I have done a lot of bookings with your website and this was absolutely an experience I don’t want to be in again Thanks

Wipe everything down before you touch anything.

The hotel room was not clean there was roaches in the bathroom and on the table in the room where u can eat at. Overall the stay was ok. The hotel is not what it says to be. I will never stay here again. If I have to rate my stay it will be a 2.

Great Value for price.

Met some cool people, third floor had a lot of messed up rooms. No ice machines. No laundry room. No gym. Elevator was scary. There was no sign on building or by the room. Pool was extremely dirty

Front desk staff Santana waa awesom very friendly and super easy check in. Properly going thru renovations and it shows.

Not the best but not the worst. Minor issue became a bigger issue (had to change rooms due to toilet not working) and they told me I overlooked that a $100 deposit fee was required even though the room was paid for in advance. It is supposed to be refunded in 3 days. I will do a better job of following up with the actual property. Bed was comfortable but walls are thin.

The room was spacious and clean. The door was very difficult to close and lock. We were awakened at 5am by the loud talking of the breakfast staff. At checkout, the front desk agent was sound asleep on the front desk. Without being acknowledged, I simply left the keys on the desk and walked away.

They stay was good, but I do have a few complaints. The hot water was not hot, the cold air was not cold (68 degrees and it was still warm), I had two roaches in my room and there was an odor. Front desk staff was really welcoming and friendly.

The sheets had white stains on them, there was no soaps in the bathroom, the sink knob was broken, hair was in the bed, floors were sticky, hand prints on the wall, smelled like an old cigarette, and it was people knocking on the walls all hours of the night

Can tell the hotel is being renovated, but check in was painless, friendly staff, comfortable room.

I sheets weren’t the best but I had a relaxing time the room was really clean
