Hotel was ok. We need a hotel close to LAX that wasn't too expensive.
At first we wanted to leave our car there after we checked out, but we decided to park at LAX instead.
They still charged me $30 for the extra days of parking. Tried to call the hotel 3 times to get a refund but no luck. Not cool.

The hotel itself is very nice with comfy beds and spacious rooms. The cafe there is very weak - my breakfast sandwich was flavorless - and it was on the noisy side (it was a weekend and the hotel was totally packed). But the guy who ran the desk - Alex - was super nice and accommodating which made the stay much more positive.

Airport shuttle took 2hours to pickup us.
Front desk was so meaning, didn't even try to explain why shuttle was so late.

Check in took almost an hour because the front desk was understaffed. No microwaves in rooms. Walls are super thin. Printer wasn’t working.

The ceiling sensor in room kinda loud. Ice machine out of service. The shower water was not hot in the evening but it turned very hot in the morning….. hard to say!

Facility and staff were great. Very convenient to LAX. Gave it 4 stars because the pullout mattress was severly torn in multiple places and springs were visible. To be fair, we didnt ask about correcting the situation (it was late and we were exhausted) but we werent able to use the pullout.

The bathroom was never cleaned the whole time we were there. We noticed it dirty the day we arrived and ask to have it cleaned the next morning. The cleaning staff only changed the towels out once. It wasn’t the best experience but other than cleanliness it was ok.
