It was really well kept, clean, the lobby was beautiful and the rooms were well cleaned.

The pool area and spa were clean. There was a beautiful place to hangout out doors with a large fire pit. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were kind and friendly. Just FYI there are no elevators so if you have mobility issues let them know with your booking to get a ground floor room.

Very nice property well maintained and quiet. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Only complaint I had was turning the tv on or off it “chimed” at a very loud level regardless of tv volume.

At first the room smells of urine, i asked for another room in the second floor, no availability.
So i was forced to stay in the same room. After opening the sliding door and spraying my perfume, the smell seemed better.

I was in Redmond area for a three nights stay over the weekend. While the room was clean, I didn't receive any room service the entire time. I made sure there was no sign on my door all three days.
Also, the lack of food options were an issue for me. The breakfast options were really poor. The 'healthy' option (which was the most expensive), had a tiny cup of instant oats, banana and two hard boiled eggs in a plastic pouch. Seriously, you don't even need a service person for something this basic. Just put up a vending machine. At least we wouldn't be expecting anything in particular.

Tyler was rude, parking is $10, for the room and location it should be included, room is overpriced to start with- new wall paper might be the only thing remodeled, painters tape still on walls- they have swim lessons there at the pool in which we were not told and instructors are rude- I paid $200 my kids are jumping in and swimming where they want.

The building was older. The walls were so thin, we could hear our neighbor singing in their room, and conversations in the hallway. We were okay, but it wasn't obvious that there were no elevators or there was a parking fee when we were looking to make reservations.

Decent hotel. Annoyed that I had to pay for breakfast and parking. Tried to stay at the Fairfield Inn or the Residence Inn next door, because they have breakfast but there were no rooms. Okay place - I'd stay there again if Fairfield and Residence Inn didn't have any rooms available.
