The hotel was great except for a couple of issues. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The mattress, nor the boxspring had a mattress protector on it to prevent infestation. I had to keep asking for washcloths because the limit seemed capped at two. Everything else was just fine.

A really dated property. It was just okay. The room was clean. I got what I paid for.

Checking in, we weren’t told about the $100 “incidental hold” that they require until we had to sign saying we agree to. It doesn’t show that anywhere online that we could find. The room my wife and I got was clean other than the bathroom trash can that wasn’t emptied before we checked in. The ac unit that’s in the “living room” part of the room doesn’t really help the bedroom so there wasn’t much air movement when we were trying to sleep. The room was not quiet, we could hear the people in the rooms around us. The stay wasn’t horrible. But not sure if we’d stay here again

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is a great deal if you are visiting someone in the area. The carpeting in the halls and elevators are quite worn out, but the rooms are really great with all the amenities and a super desk area.

The staff here is superb. They were thoughtful, attentive, and treated my co-workers and me like royalty. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Overall great stay.

I won't use Hotels.com again. This hotel was give great reviews and 3 star hotel. It should be a 2 star. Don't stay here unless you can't afford anything else. The front staff is friendly. The room was large. The air freshener was so thick and over powering we had to open the windows to get rid of the smell. It was choking. The furniture was beat up to the point it probably should be replaced. And it wasn't very clean. The floors needed swept. Then they charge you a parking fee. It's a parking lot! Won't ever stay here again.

This is always my "go to" place to stay when I visit my daughter in Elyria, but this time it just wasn't all that great. The beds were really uncomfortable, floors weren't clean, coffee pot was gross. I guess I just expected too much. I probably won't stay there again.

Property and the area was good

So, I stayed here for 3 nights and the experience could have been a lot better. During my stay, I never even got my room serviced while staying there. I requested for extra towels to be sent to my room and I was told I can just pick them up at the front desk as if this not a hotel that I PAID for!!! One of supervisors tells me that you have to stay 30 plus days to get your room serviced due to "policy”.Then my key stop working to get into my room. I go to the front desk and asked if I can get my key reactivated, she asked me what room # so I told her then she asked what’s the name on the reservation and I told her. Then turn around and asked me for my ID to unlock my door(my ID was in the room that was locked). I showed her my Apple ID where it haves my name picture and still proceeded to say she needs ID because she don’t know if it’s me or not. I go upstairs to get into my room and the front desk staff is calling the hotel phone for me to come back down to show her my ID. I will admit there were some nice staffs there but the overall experience was terrible definitely won’t book there again!

Check in and out was fast. Room so very clean with the softest sheets and bed. I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet while we were there. The property was clean. The staff was great. The only issue we had was the shower didn't drain well.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the overall construction of the room. You usually will find design flaws in painting, caulking, etc. none of that!! I asked for quiet, and I got it. The staff were very pleasant and accomidating. Though I didn’t need it, it was nice to have the kitchenette available. Parking was nice to, not a mile away from the entrance.

Location

Stay was great right until I was woken up with the housekeeper yelling at me that I was not supposed to be in my room. Was EXTREMELY rude. Then I get a phone call asking me to prove I had a reservation. She finally said oops are mistake.

It was just what I was looking for

Property was clean, staff was friendly. I love staying here!
