We were very pleased with this hotel. The room exceeded our expectations. It was a suite which made us very comfortable. It was very clean. Bathroom essentials were supplies. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The breakfast was acceptable with muffins, toast, etc. The juice dispenser was empty and it didn’t get refilled until we were ready to leave.

The blankets were dirty upon arriving. I notified front desk just the be given another dirty blanket that was worse than the first one. The option to the front desk on the phone did not work. They have coffee all day but it was not fresh at all. The drain smelled when first turning on the shower.
And to top it all my daughter left her Yeezy slides and the said they were not in the room, someone had to take them. I would not book here again.

The hotel was very nice. It is a shame that the system issues they were having made them unable to provide room keys. We had to ask a staff member to unlock our door every time we left the room.

Bad cleaning. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and they never went to clean the room. Reception was told that they needed the cleaning service and they never went. They don't want to return the money they offered for not providing the service. Lies and bad service.
